Loved my first order so much, I ordered more! Fast and easy! Changes were made effortlessly and communication was great!

PixArt did an amazing job with my dog’s portrait! I was able to provide feedback and they made edits so it fit my dog exactly. So excited to use this portrait. Thank you PixArt!

Amazing likeness to the actual animal. Really patient with requests on changes and prompt with replies and reviews.

The team at Pixart created such a great and memorable visual of our doggos, even providing speedy turnarounds on the edit we requested. We're so happy with the job they did!

Fantastic customer support! Worked with me to get the picture exactly like I wanted. I’ll definitely use again!

A beautiful and fun way to remember my beloved cats. The responses I got were very professional and they were willing to work with me to make a change.

I have ordered two of these and LOVE both of them. They helped and revised them when I asked. They both turned out Perfect. I can't wait til Christmas to hand them out !!!

I appreciate the good response time from Pixart after I asked for changes three times. I love the final product!

Exactly what I asked for, adjustments were effective and listened to. My mum was over the moon with how it turned out!

Love the artwork and customisation, but the quality of the mug itself is bad. Extremely cheap and made from China sticker still on, for the price it’s very disappointing

Your customer service department outdid themselves.. I had questions and requests and all were met with "no problem" and "is there anything else we can do"? They even shipped the package to my soldier son in Alaska! A one class services!!!

What an absolutely fabulous portrait of my friends dog Maisie. It's a Christmas present and my friend is going to LOVE it! Totally captured Maisie (her dog). Can't thank PixArt enough

This was my 6th time working with PixArt Creatives and I’ll continue coming back. It’s been one of my favorite gifts for friends and family. Some portraits were spot on right away, and a few I’ve had to make several adjustments, all the while the team has been so courteous and responsive, leaving me feeling heard and valued. I’ve had great customer service with every order and I really appreciate that!

So perfect and really looks like my pups.

Phenomenal! My picture turned out even better than I expected. They were patient and made every single tiny change that I ask for. I will definitely use them again.

I was already incredibly pleased with my initial purchase and had left a 5* review stating so. Sadly 2 days after receiving the image, our beautiful boy crossed the rainbow bridge. I reached out to see if I can have some adjustments made to include his favourite toy. This was actioned within 24 hours and several edits were made so I could ensure I had the exact version I wanted to treasure his memory forever. I can’t thank you enough for all you did to bring some light to me and my partner in a dark time
