Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I was experiencing issues with a plug-in I purchased last year. I tried troubleshooting using their FAQ page but was unsuccessful. I decided to contact their customer service via live chat and they walked me through all of the steps to help fix my issue. I am not too tech savvy so I appreciated how patient and attentive they were to my issue. After about 30 minutes, my issue was resolved and they even reset the number of downloads I had left on my plugin. They have a vast amount of plug-ins that can help to make your videos stand out. Worth the $$. Definitely would recommend!!

Great Plug Ins and Great Support
I've used a number of Pixel Studio plug in for Transitions, Animated Text, Split screens and Lower Thirds and they are relatively straightforward to use and add a professional touch to my videos.
I had a problem recently following a Final Cut Pro upgrade and the response from Pixel Studio Help Desk was first class-quick to respond and with an effective solution.

PFS Plugins are great!
PFS plugins have been a tremendous addition to my workflow and creativity when I edit projects for clients and for personal work. Also, every issue I've had with the plugins was resolved by their customer support. Great source for plugins!

Pixel Film Studio Plugins
I'm doing video edits with FCPX since 2020.
To use all the potential of that software, plugins are necessary. So I decided to turn toward Pixel Film Studios to find all what I need because they are of high quality and affordable price.
I have already bought 9 PFS plugins and I have never been disappointed.

I'm new to Final Cut Pro X and the…
I'm new to Final Cut Pro X and the multitude of plugins available. I decided to give Pixel Film Studios a try and bought the "FCPX Split-Screen" bundle. Wow!!! So many possibilities. I was having a problem with one of the plugins so I hopped on a chat and tech support got me back up and running, quickly. Now the real fun begins. This bundle was well worth the price.

customer service still matters
They came through in the end. I had a plugin that would not install. I reached out and got a Bot in the chat. Frustrated i tried to use the bot to get answers to no avail. Then i got a live agent in the chat. he walked me step by step through what i needed to do and got the plugin working. The plug-ins are awesome but the customer service is why i will stay a customer.

Tremendous Value and amazing support

Love the plug ins and titles
Love the plug ins and titles. The installation was a bit challenging at first, but the VERY FAST chat support agent was amazing and got me up and going super fast. Can't wait to get to the edits!
