Fantastic plugins and great customer support! Will continue to buy from PFS!

I've downloaded pixel film studios plug-ins along time ago and I loved them! Later, as apple has been updating final cut, I was no longer able to use my favorite plug-ins. I looked up different ways to fix the issue online and followed several Youtubers long instructions for each individual plug-in, and yet nothing worked. I was pretty frustrated! So I just found out about the PFS App and I updated everything within a couple of minutes!

I had difficulty installing my plugin and I was so pleased with the service I received on the website's chat. I was connected to a live representative quickly and they gave clear instructions and links to use that had my plugin working in 10 minutes.

I bought the Icon Mega pack and was having issues with the install. The online live chat helped very fast and effectively. They also went above and beyond to help when I was first using the generator. Really like this company.

I've been using your Timers bundle for almost a year now in my fitness videos and I love them! The fact that you provide clear installation instructions was a huge bonus for me as I am new to video editing. I also love how customizable everything is. Being able to create timers on brand with my videos is perfect. Plus customer service is incredibly helpful and timely! Will definitely be purchasing more plug-in's for future videos as I gain experience.

I'd wasted about an hour googling a solution for a red screen issue but your support agent was able to help me within minutes. Easy to follow instructions and good explanation when I queried one of the steps. Problem solved and project back on track. A few minutes later I noticed one glitch. Reopened chat and again it was fixed quickly. Thanks!

This is hands down the best source for fcpx plug ins … easiest installation and easy to use. Gives my videos the edge over the competition

My honest assessment of your plugins are really good. I actually have no complaints. There are a lot to choose from that actually helps me in my daily work. The customer service is actually great too. I seem to always get a timely response via email and usually are very helpful when I have issues. Today was my first timer using the chat and the Agent was very polite and helped me resolve my issue. My only complaint would be, I wish you had 24 hour service. Most of us freelancers work late and if there's an issue, we have to wait till the morning to get help. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

PFS is easily one of the most comprehensive catalogs of plugins and effects for most any video editing platform! Reasonably priced, with great customer support. I can't imagine the countless hours I would otherwise spend creating so many animated effects from scratch. In particular, their text-based plugins are vast and effective, giving a lot of polish and added professionalism to both commercial and creative projects. I whole-heartedly give them 5 stars! I can't really think of a downside, other than trying to browse their whole catalog can take quite some time . . . a good problem to have for sure!

I'me very happy with the plugins from Pixel Film Studio, They help a lot and makes the life and works in FCP and motion a lot easier. Also the support is great and super! The support will also help you till everything works fine. In one word excellent!

I recently bought a new iMac desktop computer and the older version of Final Cut Pro was not compatible with my new computer, so I took the plunge and bought the full application for my new computer. I Google searched for plugins to add to the "stock" plugins that the FCPX app had. I came across Pixel Film Studios' website. I must say that I spent ALOT of time on this website going through ALL of their amazing plugins. They had some really unique and fun plug-ins to choose from which made my decision really hard. I had a REALLY difficult time trying to choose which ones I wanted to start with, but I finally chose a few that I felt would help me get started on my FCPX journey. I was able to install 2 of the 4 plug-ins that I bought very easily. The other 2 plug-ins were a bit more of a challenge. I kept getting that dreadful "Red Screen". I used the Help section on Pixel Fim Studios' website and I still wasn't able to get the plugins installed correctly so that they would work properly. I ended up having to start a chat session with a live Agent and I will say that they helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! The Agent gave me a couple of videos to watch to download the PFS App and I started from scratch and downloaded the problem plug-ins from the APP and like magic... the other 2 plug-ins were installed correctly. Now I can use all 4 plugins to my heart's content in FCPX. Thank you to the PFS Help Agent that helped me through my crisis! I will continue to buy plug-ins from PFS in the future.

Just had a technical support issue. PFS got back to me in minutes, walked me through the procedure to solve the problem and now all is good.

I had spent a hour trying to solve the problem as I am not inexperienced with FCPX issues and Macs. however, their support is very specific and professional. So fast too.

Downloaded fcpx stabilizer 2.0 - had trouble getting it started on my machine, jumped on their customer chat and they sorted the issue and were very patient with me. really good customer service

Great support by this company. They really put in great effort to be sure you're successful with their products. I've used several of their products and they always add a special touch to any video I've made. They also have a great selection of plug-ins and utilities that make your video unique and special.

1st off, it was convenient to establish and option to speak with a real person. I often troubleshoot before requesting customer support. 2nd I didn't have to go through providing documentation, info, mothers maiden name, the system specs, etc., just to get help. Once online chat was conveniently established. Support person was friendly, (very patient), helpful, and prompt. This overall was a pleasant 5 Star experience.

Great customer care. Was very patient didn't feel I was being rushed to solve the problem. Try figured out solving it on my own for weeks. was solved in no time with ease. it was giving me a headache as I was working on a project and now I can get pack to being creative on project instead of being tech. that's what you pay for the plugins for to get the tech part of it if you need it and with apple changing every few months they forget about us who have no control of the updates and what it might do to our projects. will recommend you by from Pixel Film Studios you get great product as well as great costumer care.

I had a problem with the Red "T" appearing with my plugins on my new computer. I opened a chat with PFS and they solved my problem quickly without any hiccups! Now all my apps work in the latest version of FCP and I am excited to start editing on my new computer. Thanks Pixel Films Studio for all your support
