Ich habe bei Pixefilm Studios 11 FX Plug-Ins gekauft um meine neuen Filme mit etwas Einzigartigem zu gestalten. Bedauerlicherweise der grösste Fehlkauf ever zumal einer nach dem Andern nicht mehr arbeitete. Beim Auswählen erscheint ein Roter Warnbildschirm mit gelbem Ausrufezeichen egal wie oft man das lösch und erneut installiert. Diese Firma weiss davon rührt aber keinen Finger oder gibt einem das Gled zurück. Daher kaufe ich nur noch die von Motion.

with the variety of plugins here I have been able to bring my vision in my videos to life. There's so many different options, I get bored extremely fast so having the ability to switch it up as much as I want has been a game changer. Extremely helpful chat support and great products
I have purchased so many plugins from Pixelfilm I could probably own stock in the company. Today I had a problem with an entire batch of plugins I recently purchased (red screen of death). So I used the chat support and was easily and quickly in touch with an agent who was extremely helpful and patient. With a few screenshots, some software downloads, and some re-installs, I was up and running in no time! Word of advice - download the free installer! I didn't even know that existed and it makes everything so much easier. :)

Unmatched Customer Serviced Skills
First, this review can get long very quickly but to save time, I will give a quick Cliff Note: I'm pretty embarrass to state how much time I stole of the customer rep's time, but it was over an hour, maybe two or longer. The rep held my hand through figuring out which plugins were not working, upgrading, and so much more. I was searching folders on my computer, sending screenshots, etc. I am so appreciative of the rep's patience. There is no way that I would have known what to do when issues arose if the rep was not on Chat with me. It would not have happened today because I did not have the additional time to research and try various things. I love amazing customer service skills and I experienced that today.

Honestly, while some plugins take a little wrestling to get working under newest versions of FCP etc, they have some great powerful software at great prices, and with over 20 of their products, have become a staple in all of my workflows for TV, Social media, and other projects. Seriously, great support as well.

This Is Customer Service
Wow! That is how you take care of your customers. I've been using this company for YEARS and this was the first time a software update has stunted my work. After searching forums, YouTube and page after page of Google for an issue that was inherent with the program I was using, a 3min Chat window was all I needed to get rolling again. PFS Customer service identified my issue quickly and had a solution ready in no time. The next best thing.....they waited in the chat for me to go through the entire process to ensure that my issue was indeed resolved to my satisfaction level. Yup, they've got a customer for life!

Lately however I have had to reach out so often, it seems like weekly, and it's always I feel like a new process of how to use the things to fix the issues I'm having. I'm aware that some of the issues could be due to apple being Apple...but regardless it's frustrating from an aspect of time management...

Pixel Film Studios is actually the G.O.A.T.!!!
Pixel Film Studios is actually the greatest of all time! I've been using their products for YEARS and have only had a few issues, which have been resolved each time. The support staff is amazing - able to walk me through my issues and solve them extremely quickly.
And even mentioning the products, top of the line, simply incredible!!! I used the Audio Visualizer for so many projects and the lyrics template, to make amazing music videos that people truly enjoy seeing. It's all thanks to PFS!!!

These plugins are wide ranging and usually pretty flexible in their implementation. Very good value, and excellent customer service. I was recently on the road and having difficulty opening a project because of mismatched versions between my studio computer and laptop. I was able to reach their support chat quickly, and they solved the issue within 15 mins. Saved my skin as I was able to make crucial edits and deliver on time. I also appreciate their frequent updates and large packages that are continuously updated and expanded at no additional cost.
