Rubbish service. Do not buy any magazine associated with this company.

Appalling response from Pixelmags. Account keeps locking out. No access to new issues. Autocar is a great magazine but they’ve selected the wrong digital partner in Pixelmags.
Autocar is such a great magazine, so unfortunate that their subscription is done via PixelMags.
Absolutely no response, have sent 5 messages, can’t lock in, they are utterly useless.
Utterly awful, servers constantly down, subscription inaccessible, zero response from customer service. Avoid.
I have a digital sub for Autosport and I have not been able to download the mag for two weeks I notified pixel mags and got the usual “busy” reply. When I tried to mak contact again I cannot do this my email was not able to contact their server. I think they are gone bust It is time that Autosport,Haymarket,and Applepay need to take action immediately

Are they still in business? Seems like a ghost money making scam to me. Absolutely no response to support requests when their app breaks. Can’t log in to app or see any content, but they are happy to have my money.
Do not buy any magazines through pixelmags.
I downloaded the app to read Autocar during the Covid 19 lockdown. The app eats the battery life of a new iPad 11 Pro using 20% of life per hour of reading and making the iPad very hot. Clearly something in the app is using the processor even though the magazine has downloaded. Absolutely no response from the developers or Autocar both of whom have been emailed. Subscription cancelled and app deleted. My advice - don’t bother download Readly instead.

sent several emails and didn't get any response.
Looks like my only option is to cancel my card and get another.

Echo entirely the comments made by the review last year. Impossible to make any contact with this company by any means and having had a digital subscription for 4 years through another provider with no problems I will now be cancelling this via Pixelmags
Zero customer support for even simple things like password reset.
I bought a digital subscription for a well known UK magazine. After paying I had to register an account with PixelMags who publish the digital content. I was surprised to see I already had an account but I didn't know my password. On clicking the password reset button an email opened addressed to support @ pixelmags.com and I sent it off.
I have received no reply at all to this, and follow on emails, not even an automated reply. The only way to contact PixelMags (based in the USA) is through this email address, there are no customer support phone numbers.
If I could I would give this site a zero star for zero customer support. It looks like my only option is to cancel my magazine subscription.
In future I will avoid digital subscriptions from publishers who use PixelMags.
