Very reliable company, smooth return process :)
Ordered a Chanel bag from their website, shipping was super fast via DHL Express (received in less than 2 days). The bag came beautifully with condition exactly as described. However, I was not so keen on the patent leather (just didn’t love it, not that it’s defective or anything) so I decided to return. Return process was super smooth, refund payment was fast, thanks to great customer service (praise to Lea from CS). Hopefully I’ll soon find something else I love from their website because I trust this shop and have enjoyed the whole shopping experience :)
