Great service, ordered bag and received on Wednesday. Everything looks better than on the pictures. I am super happy and will purchase from Plamexs again :) Recommend!

I bought a Louis Vuitton keepall 50 from 2013 via Vestiaire Collective. Vestiaire made a mistake and wrote my wrong email on the parcel and I didn’t receive a pick up code. Plamexs was there to support me and multiple times contacted VC to give me the code. Eventually 2 weeks later I finally got my bag and it’s better than on the pictures. The price-quality is insanely good and their customer service is great. They have a huge designer collection and I advise everyone to shop at Plamexs.

I’m very satisfied of my new vintage Speedy 30 ! I’m surprised for the condition of the bag that were more than I expected! The delivery was super Fast! I reccomend PLAMEXS

Super fast, helpful and friendly customer service. The product (in my case a gray Chanel bag, model: Diana) is in perfect condition: authentic, clean, smells good and looks beautiful. The shipping was also really fast. I am super happy:)

Very friendly contact in the buying stage but when I purchased the item, there was suddenly no response anymore. Days later I was informed they won't send the Louis Vuitton bag as there was a mistake (they probably sold it for a higher price in the meantime).
Now, the discount from the website is no longer available and they just apologize and try to give a 15 euro voucher but buying a similar item is not possible for anywhere around that price.

Issue currently being resolved, hopefully. Communication improved and clarified.

Onlangs heb ik hier een Louis Vuitton tas gekocht. De tas werd super snel en netjes opgestuurd. De communicatie was erg goed. Al mijn vragen werden snel en netjes beantwoord. Ik ben heel erg blij met de tas!! Heel erg bedankt voor de goede service!
In de toekomst zou ik hier zeker vaker iets kopen.

Je suis extrêmement ravie de mon achat, le sac est conforme à la description et photos.
J’ai eu un problème pour payer avec Paypal, le service client a trouvé une solution. Le service est réactif et patient.
La livraison est rapide et bien emballée.
Je ne peux que recommander Plamexs, je recommanderai c’est sur.

D’abord suspecte sur un site situé en Bulgarie j’ai quand même tenté. Je suis plus que ravie. J’ai pu m’offrir pr mes 40 ans un magnifique Chanel vintage a un super prix. L’envoi par Dhl s’est effectué le lendemain de la commande et j’ai reçu un sac impeccable. Je suis ravie!

I recently bought a Louis Vutton bag from the PLAMEXS. They really take time describing the state of the bag, with all the details and photos being presented, which I personally found very important so there are no surprises.
However, once the bag arrived, I was surprised… The bag looked even better than how it was described. So happy and satisfied. I’m in love with my ‘new’ bag 🥰

I bought a preloved Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 from the shop and I'm very happy and satisfied with my purchase. The bag is beautiful and as described by the shop (all marks etc were named). The price was great as well for the very good condition of the bag. Customer service is excellent - always helpful, friendly, fast in replying, and ready to assist. Delivery was super fast (shipped Friday and arrived Monday early evening). It was truly a great shopping experience.

I'm super happy that I found this wonderful second-hand shop! I have to say, I was a bit hesitant at first because it's based in Bulgaria. However, I ordered my first bag in October - the classic Chanel flap bag - and was immediately impressed! The shipping is super fast. The price/value ratio is breathtaking. I can only recommend the shop to everyone! Today my second bag arrived. The bag is way better than described by Plamexs!! I'm super excited and will definitely order again!! Thank you.

At the beginning I was a little unsure whether the store really delivers what it promises.
But all my expectations were exceeded! Top contact, top service and incredibly fast shipping. All issues I had during the order process have been solved immediately and the contact was really, really nice.
The bag is in an absolute irreprochable condition and and the images correspond exactly to the product. This was definitely not my last purchase at Plamexs!!

Ich habe mich sofort in eine kleine und süße Chanel Tasche verliebt. Sie ist für mich wie eine WOC, zählt aber wohl als Phone Holder...Da ich Angst hatte, dass die tolle Tasche weg ist, musste ich zuschlagen...Und was soll ich sagen? Mega Preis und total toller Zustand der Tasche. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt für mich absolut!
Einen kleinen Haken gibt es, ich befürchte, dass ich irgendwann wieder hier einkaufen muss!!!

Danke für die schöne Möglichkeit der Chanel Tasche, an die ich sonst so nicht herangekommen wäre.

Tilasin Louis Vuittonin Keepall 50 B kassin. Kassi oli lähes virheetön ja uutta vastaava, todella aarre ja helmi ikäisekseen. Laukussa oli kuitenkin vintage (kellarin) haju, mutta myyjä reagoi asiaan heti kun ilmoitin asiasta. Pääsimme asiasta heti sopimukseen ja en voi kyllin kiittää ja ylistää yrityksen ystävällistä ja loistavaa asiakaspalvelua.
Toimitus oli myös erittäin nopea Suomeen, noin 3 päivää.
