Nice charger jacket and bib pants
Nice charger jacket and bib pants, purple one my favorite. Fast delevery and god response with service team. Wolud like to have got some lable sticker to put maybe on my ski Helmet to promote but maybe you can send som next time i order a jacket or pants. Thanks Planks

Top Gear not just for ski
Planks’ gear fits really well and the quality is superb! I use it on the slopes as well as during the off season during walks, days at the beach and so on.

I bought a jacket 10 days ago now
I bought a jacket 10 days ago now.
I initially received confirmation for the purchase but after two days i was still waiting for the shipment. After contacting customer service i received an email with a tracking number.
I waited for 8 days but the status never changed on the post office website.
I decided to contact the post office but they told me that they had never received the parcel.
I wrote again to customer service and initially they replied saying they would contact the warehouse but they disappeared.
I then decided to contact them one last time and ask to cancel my order and they replied with the same tracking number from 10 days before.
Sure the goods are of good quality but the customer service is bad.
I really wanted my jacket but you cannot treat customers this way.

I have chased this down for you personally with our customer service team and understand that our warehouse received confirmation that your parcel was collected by Royal Mail, but it seems the tracking has not updated since the 21st February. A customer service representative has now responded to you to offer guidance and next steps regarding this matter. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility of your parcel except for the tracking but we will be raising a claim with Royal Mail to investigate the matter further.
Apologies again for the inconvenience caused and please let our CS representative know how you wish to proceed and we will be sure to manage that as an utmost priority.

Best Ski Wear Around!
Fantastic company to shop with and highly recommend. All of the products are incredibly high quality and it is now my go to brand. I recently purchased the high rider bib pants and for the price nothing comes close to them. Delivery was fast and just to top it off, all of the packaging was sustainable and recyclable!

Wrong Item delivered/No answer
The items I chose to keep are excellent. They're top-notch, well-fitting, cozy, and practical. I'd definitely purchase them again.
Unfortunately, some items were not delivered correctly. The support team's communication has been very lacking since I tried reaching out to them.
Did not hear anything from them after contacting them via email.

Good quality, lack of customer service
Ordered Jacket and Pants a week ago. Was informed one day later that the Jacket is out of stock.
The Sales rep offered me a refund or another model / colour, I answered them by now about 4 times giving the options for other colours or a refund. It took them another 4 days to answer regarding my decision and conclude the order.
I think the clothing is good quality but the customer service is pretty slow.

Very poor customer service… but good quality kit!
The items I kept are brilliant. They are high quality, good fitting, comfortable and functional. I would buy them again.
However the returned items from 3 weeks ago haven’t been refunded. The communication from support is extremely poor.
In two minds as to whether I’ll be a return customer or not.

Before buying from Planks Clothing I…
Before buying from Planks Clothing I checked out reviews and found them to be favourable so I made an order for two anoraks for our trip in March.
From ordering I heard nothing for six days so I emailed and was advised that one anorak was not available (did not bother to tell me). I have since emailed several times asking for available replacement items but no response.
I have tried massaging various social media sites with little help.
The lack of being able to call someone by phone is annoying.
I would not recommend Planks Clothing.
