Beautiful little lemon tree
The lemon tree I bought for my husband in July arrived well packaged with 2 lemons. In the last few week it has doubled in size, flowered and now has many little lemons. The plant is very healthy and the service was excellent. Thank you.

Ordered a lemon tree for my son and it…
Ordered a lemon tree for my son and it didn’t look anything like the picture on web page. It was suppose to be 6 years old with buds and fruit on tree. It arrived with no buds or fruit tree and a solitary lemon that looked as though it had been thrown in. My son mentioned it was a very big lemon and that he didn’t think it came of the tree as there was no other buds and was far too big for the tree

I know you have already been in touch with our customer care team directly, so I just wanted to check if you received my colleagues response? I know that we have requested photos of the tree but have yet to received these.
Fruit on the end of stems makes them more fragile sadly. Unfortunately, it can be rather bit tricky for us to know the best option when they are starting to ripen and get so heavy and it is not unusual for some fruit to be dislodged in transit despite all the packaging we use to protect them. The good news is that as the tree has lost some fruit, it will now have the energy to produce some new fruit.

Poor care from Royal Mail
I ordered two troughs of Autumnal flowers as gifts. One arrived in good order but the other was upside down in the box. Fortunately there was little damage and after a day's recovery it looked fine. Sadly I think that whoever deals with the delivery takes little notice of the instructions on the box.
The quality of the plants were good.

The training to be fruit trees

The plant that you selected online is actually the one that is delivered.
I was shopping for a birthday gift for someone who relishes hot and spicy food. Found the offer of this Thai chili plant and as promised, it was delivered covered with ripe red peppers.
Truly a beautiful sight to behold.
