J'ai commandé un disque en septembre 2024 et je n'ai jamais reçu ni ma commande ni la moindre explication de leur par (nous somme en octobre 2025 au moment où j'écris ces lignes !). Leurs contacts sont inutiles si vous espérez une réponse. Fuyez pauvres fous! Du vol pur et simple!
2 months later, no order, no answer
I order a lp from JoJo's, 2 months ago, and I didn't recibe ANY information about my order. Once they told me that they were going to ship my order in a week. It's been 3 week since this mail. No answer. I send a WhatsApp, an Instagram message, and a few mails. Any respond. DO NOT buy anything from this store. It's been my worst experience buying online.

I should have read the reviews before buying a vinyl. Total scam. Please avoid this website. The order won't arrive - they keep telling me they will send me a shipment link. the conversation is obviously carried by bots and this company doesn't exist.

Absolutely abysmal- Do not order!
Absolutely abysmal. Do NOT order from Plastic Stone! I should have looked at alle these bad (and true reviews first). I preordered a Skyrim Soundtrack Vinyl in january. I was informed it would release in april and then be sent promptly. April came and went, i inquired per e-mail, they let me know they had some delivery issues from the manufacturer but they would receive it in may. I kept being put off for MONTHS. In july i finally had enough and asked for a refund, which they ignored. I sent them a final notice and that i would take legal action and they have not replied.
Refund only received through PayPal Buyer Protection
I placed an order with Plastic Stone Records in March 2025. The item was never shipped, and despite multiple emails requesting cancellation and a refund – which the seller had previously agreed to – I received no further response.
Only after opening a case through PayPal Buyer Protection did I receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
I recommend paying via PayPal when ordering from this shop to ensure you are protected in case of any issues.

J’avais passé une commande chez Plastic Records, censée avoir été expédiée le 5 juin. Pourtant, le suivi DPD indiquait que le colis n’avait jamais été pris en charge, et ce, pendant plus de d'un mois.
Malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact (emails, chat du site, réseaux sociaux), je n’ai jamais eu la moindre réponse de la part du vendeur. Un silence total, inacceptable pour une boutique en ligne.
Heureusement, j’avais payé via PayPal et j’ai obtenu un remboursement intégral en ouvrant un litige.
En tant que créateur de contenu YouTube sur les vinyles japonais, je comptais parler positivement de cette boutique. Malheureusement, cette mauvaise expérience m’oblige à mettre en garde la communauté des collectionneurs.
En résumé : service client inexistant, communication absente, suivi fantôme… achetez ailleurs si vous tenez à vos nerfs et à votre argent.

After almost three months I finally got my order.
I ordered 7 records in total. 5 supposedly in stock and 2 pre orders due in september i think. After about two weeks trying to get in contact with them i finally talked to customer service, who informed me that 2 of the records were no longer in stock and a third was on back order and would be in stock again in around 10 days. I accepted, and they then refunded me for those two and updated my order.
Time goes by and i hear nothing from them. I contact them a few times and with no reply. In june i finally get in contact with them again, and they inform me the record on back order was still not in stock. That's when i decided to cancel the missing record and the pre orders and have them dispatch the two of the seven records i ordered. So annoying.
They register the order to the courier, everything seems to be in order. But over a week later i have to contact them yet again for them to actually send the package.
Today i finally got the records.
They aren't scammers, but its one of the worst online shopping experiences. Dont buy from this website.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM WEBSITE.
I was genuinely excited about this website's unique offering for importing exclusive vinyls to the UK – something hard to find. However, my experience was a complete disaster, earning them zero stars for their shocking lack of customer service and reliability.
After placing an order in May, it quickly became clear there were issues. The item never dispatched, and my numerous attempts to contact their support went nowhere. Their customer service phone number goes straight to voicemail, the live chat function is always "closed" (even during business hours), and three separate emails to them were entirely ignored.
It was only by filing a chargeback with my bank that I was able to recover my money. This company has a great concept but fails completely on the most basic aspects of customer interaction and order fulfillment. Save yourself the hassle.
To flee, do not order.
I've ordered from them twice and one of the orders is still pending, I've never received anything. I've been contacted by email, they started responding to me but no longer respond to my WhatsApp messages, it's the same, run away. I've filed a claim with the bank, yet they've refunded me, but I haven't heard back.
Now, you told me that it is possible to appeal to the Visa company. I am looking at you in order to denounce the site which can cut off all means of payment, a bit like what is happening in Russia today
Customer service is improving
Placed an order for multiple records almost a year ago. Initially there was bad to no communication with the customer service until I was told one of the records was delayed which was holding my entire shipment. Their customer service has improved greatly over the last few months, replying quick and helping with issues. And I just received my records in perfect condition and very nicely and securely packaged. Tldr: Mind when pre-ordering, if those are delayed your entire order might be delayed as well

Found them in instagram, was surprised bu the beauty of the record, so i tried to buy one. Shipping was fast, package was protected incredibly good, and the cinyl looks incredible. Only good things to say.
Will definitely buy again.

Order #10940: 2 vinyls ordered 2 weeks ago. I was planning on waiting more, but ended up reading all these bad reviews on the website and realised most of the people never received their order and for some people never got a refund. I tried to contact them but did not get a any reply.
Someone has to take this website down!

To be honest
To be honest, I ordered two records from them which was back in October 2023 and one in 2024 of November I Never Received them, Never got a refund, Not even an explanation. I don't usually like to complain.I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But i'm starting to think it's either their unorganized or there just scaming customers. Either just give me a refund or Send me my order. Seriously. Thank you. I've already Send out my order numbers to them and no response For the longest time.
Order with Caution
My run in with Plastic Stone Records is a mixed bag. I have ordered from them a total of 2 times, the first being a positive experience, the second being one of annoyance and anger.
What drags people in to order off of Plastic Stone Records is the plethora of niche and unique vinyl you can purchase. As someone who is a massive fan of 80s Japanese City Pop, this was a huge plus for me. Paying $120 CAN for a brand new vinyl was worth it compared to paying upwards of $200 or more for a used record on eBay.
My first order with them I ordered Anri's /Timely/, an album I have adored for a long while now. As I was placing my order, I was notified that due to staffing shortages, orders would take a slightly longer time to fulfill. I was okay with this and completed my purchase. A month passes and I receive an email that they have blue prints of /Timely/ and more in stock. I quickly email their customer service to ask that since my order hasn't been shipped yet if I could receive a blue album instead of the default black, to which they obliged happily in a very quick manner. About 3 months later, my vinyl arrives at my house, well packed and in perfect condition. This was the confidence I needed to order from them again.
About 5 months later I notice through a promotional email that they have Tatsuro Yamashita's /For You/ for sale. This was huge for me since Tatsuro Yamashita refuses to put any of his music on to streaming platforms and I was unable to find any vinyl of his while I was in Japan in 2018. Much like last time, I pay the $120 CAN and continue with my life. A couple of months pass, I check up on my order and I hear no word on it, but I think nothing of it. Another couple of months pass, still no updates. Okay... This is getting weird now, but perhaps its just a back log of orders... 6 months go by and I have 0 idea what's going on with my order. The word Scam was the farthest thing from my mind since I had received a product from them before. So I decide to email the information help line for news on my order. I hear nothing back from them. By now a year has gone by and I've sent multiple messages to their help line regarding my order which all seemed to have fallen upon deaf ears. That was until a few days ago where I saw an Instagram ad post from them promoting a new vinyl now in stock. So I commented on it telling potential buyers to be aware of them since I've been waiting over a year for a vinyl now. All of a sudden I get an email from them reply, to the email I sent 6 months ago, stating they have just sent out my order.
The real kicker, however, is that they sent it through standard delivery and for the past month now, Canada Post has been on strike, so it is unknown as to when I will actually get my package, or if I ever will. I respond to them on the Instagram post (Which they responded to also) saying that its great that they have finally sent it after a year, but not choosing a different postal service and instead opting for the one on strike is poor standards, to which they respond "you paid for the 14 euro shipping, DHL or FedEx would cost 40 euros." My main issue here is that this is not my problem. If They had shipped my order within the past year, my package would have arrived in a timely manner. But the fact that they waited until Canada Post was on strike to ship and not change shipping providers after their F*** up is incredibly awful customer service, especially after a YEAR of radio silence.
I am aware that they cannot control the postal strike here in Canada. That is just unfortunate timing for everyone. But many other companies have managed to fulfil orders through the Christmas season while Canada Post is on strike. For them to place this issue on me with "You only paid for standard shipping" is honestly insulting. THEY had all the power in the world to not only send my package, which i paid for, within a reasonable time, but also communicate with me as to why it was taking so long. But instead, they chose to ignore me until i started to shame them publicly.
Do not get me wrong, the first product I received from them was extremely high quality and I couldn't be any happier with it. This is the only thing stopping it from getting a 1 star. But this second run in has left such a sour taste in my mouth I cannot whole heartedly recommend this company. Once this strike is over and I (hopefully) get my second vinyl, depending on the shape of its arrival will depend on my final verdict for this company, but i don't see it getting much higher than it is now, nor do i think I will ever be ordering from them again considering how they treat their customers now.
