Very poor service. Phone number provided not working and no answers from mobile provided. Waiting almost 2 hours for car to be delivered. We will never use this company again

Worse parking company
Worse parking company. They used my car when I was away. I have proof on my dashcam. They were using it and speeding while driving.
Cowboys - Avoid at all costs
Cowboys, jokers, shambles. As others have stated avoid these at all costs, and be careful because website like compareparkingprices.co.uk use these idiots
I booked my parking over 6 weeks ago, and they just cancelled on me 8 days before flying with "we don't have space to accommodate the booking" what they actually mean is they have cancelled my booking rather than someone else who has paid more closer to the time and/or to re-sell at a higher price. Utter garbage

1)Too far from the airport.
2)They didn't pick me up when they said and I had to wait over an hour at the airport, knowing that I still had a 3-hour drive ahead.

Dodgy as they come, this company maybe cheap but they are miles from the airport, I had a 6:20am flight I arranged to be there at 4am, they didnt turn up til 4:35am but luckily still made flight, on return I called number to get shuttle pick up, was told 10 mins away, I waited 15 mins only to be told still 15 mins away, I called again 15 mins later to be told 10 mins away, in the end I got a taxi, when I arrived on site an hour and half after arriving, there was nobody on site and it was locked.

I wish I had read these reviews before booking. On payment I was then told I had to pay £6 for dropping the car off and £6 for picking it up. We phoned ahead 30 minutes before as instructed but when we got there we found there was no transport available. We had to pay for a uber taxi. Which we have not had back. The one employee there had been working for only three days and was thinking of packing it in. The manager would not speak to us on the phone. On return the pick up was promised in 30-40 minutes but took 90 minutes. Other families were packed into the minibus. Some had been waiting 2 hours. The place is like a junk yard with nails on the ground.

Taxi to Airport is one Van, shared between anyone they can cram in.
20 minute drive to Airport so one taxi run every 40-50 minutes.
Driver no speak english.
Car returned with mud all over wheels and driver seat/footwell.
For price of parking + taxi you arent saving much from Airport parking.

ZERO STARS.....seriously, avoid at all costs, funnily enough the company asked me for a review once we arrived home and it's never been posted. They really are scammers....just pay a few pounds more and go with a decent company. It will save you so much stress in the long run.....

Terrible company . We have 3 children and we had to wait for 3 hrs to get pick up from the airport after a 24 hr journey.they only care for the money. They have used different excuses and we were even told to book our own taxi if can no longer wait. no heart. The staff are horrible. Not organised. Terrible company.

They are based in Ashton under Lyne which is approximately 14 miles from Manchester Airport. Arrived at 04:00 hr as we were flying at 07:00 to be told by some random person that there was only one transfer vehicle as one had broken down so had no choice but to book an uber to get us to airport on time that costs £36 Nice start to our holiday ! Sorry to say but the same nonsense happend on our return same pathetic excuses it seems that this lot just don’t care how you get to and from the airport as long as they get paid so as before had to get another UBER again another £30 so add that to total costs of parking charge it came to £132 which I could have used the main car park in T2 for a week for that price with no hassle of transfer to and from a car park 14 miles away. Also upon returning to my vehicle it looked like it had been parked near a building site it was completely covered in building dust and grime so more expensive to get my car cleaned. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE they also advertise on Compare parking prices and also operate as parking world. Just remember the golden rule You buy cheap you buy twice which is certainly the case here. Had a great holiday though👍🏻

Well I wished I had checked the reviews before booking here because it seems that 99% of their customers have had a similar experience. Upon arrival to drop our car off at the car park where we would be leaving our car looked like a scrap heap and unsecure which was also not easy to find off the maps and not signposted at all. We had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. We called the ‘operator’ and it sounded like we had just woke up him up. Very unprofessional. Upon arriving and getting our bags in the car the driver then said was it okay for him to go for a quick smoke break. We said that’s fine but then again took another 20 minutes before returning. This all wouldn’t have been so much of an issue if it wasn’t for the service we recieved on the way back. I called the operator when we were getting our luggage at arrivals because we had received no confirmation of where we were getting picked up from. He told us to wait at meet and greet short stay. We waited and I called him back again to ask what vehicle would be picking us up - something they should have told us not what we should have to ask. We waited a further 40 minutes until my partner rung them this time for it to go the voicemail the first time and then when he called off his own phone he eventually got an answer. The operator proceeded to tell us that we had not called despite me having spoken to him twice and that the driver had not even been told to pick us up. Bare in mind this ‘business’ is based is Ashton which is 20 minutes away from Manchester airport. We told him that we had called and to check his phone records to which he agreed that we had but there was no apology for their awful customer service. He then proceeded to tell us that it would be another 30-40 minutes from this point waiting for the driver. Add this onto the 40 minutes we had already been there for and the 20 minutes that we had been back and forth on the phone with him for this resulted in us waiting nearly 2 hours for the driver to arrive. The company seems to bite off more than they can chew and has only one van doing pick ups and drop offs across the three terminals but doesn’t coordinate or organise pick up times. You have no way of contacting the driver because the only number your given is the operators and when there is that many of the same vehicle in the meet and greet you have no idea who you are supposed to be meeting. The attitude of the operator on the phone was really unapologetic and we didn’t receive an apology off the driver either.
To have to wait 2 hours for your transfer back to your car is ridiculous. It’s a good job it was me and my partner but to know they’ve done this to other people such as children, disabled and elderly making them wait this long is disgusting. Trading standards need to be contacted about this company because how they are still allowed to operate when this is the service they are providing is terrible.

Absolutely disgusting left us stranded at mancherster at 4 in the morning I am disabled and they knew this ,I tried to contact them 24 times to then be told the puck up vehicle has a flat tyre so I would have to make my own way to pick up my car by this time there were 13 people waiting to be collected by this company we ended up having to get a taxi to the place which cost us £60 we couldn't find the car took my husband a further 35 minutes to locate where it was ,the member of staff on duty was not only ignorant but down right rude and insulting not only to me but to other people who were there all of whom had had to pay to get to the lot one of the families had very young children one lady was in a wheelchair and was told she was in the way the man then said I only work here I'm not here to put up with this shxt when I left there were several taxis who had blocked the yard as they were wanting payment ,one driver was calling the police as things were getting quite confrontational not by the customer but by the person who was in charge at the lot in total we have lost the money for the parking the extra charge of £12.40 for the exit barrier that we had to pay on top plus £ 60 for the taxi to get my car back when I contacted them again today I was told that I hadn't paid the £12.40 I was a liar and the only thing they would be prepared to do was to offer 10% next time I used them , doubt that very much ,don't use they will rob you blind I have put a formal c9.plaint in but doubt very much I'll get any recompence I've also contacted trading standards and my local ombudsman I say again they are a sham of a company run by theives avoid at all costs

Absolutely shocking wanted to change me £16 barrier fee for going to Manchester airport and same again coming back £16 and when I collect my car and got home next day car wouldn't start car battery was loose very suspicious. And the car park itself is like something you would find in Beirut

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs. Horrible customer service over the phone so unprofessional. Arrived hours late at the airport to pick us up after a 16 hr flight with young kids. Picked up 3 families along with us and our luggage as they only have one van for pickups throughout the whole company. Big mistake avoid at all costs

This place does not even deserve 1 star it’s absolutely appealing service, when we got there it looked like a scrap yard/car sales yard. We thought we were at wrong place so rang the company who told us we had to drive past that but and they were at the back. The owner/manager came out m, he did not even check the car over or give us any paper work etc. We asked to use the toilet they told us to go to the shell petrol station around the corner! We asked if we could wait inside in their waiting area and were told they did not have one!
We then asked how long our driver would be and were told to book a taxi, we refused to and said it was their responsibility to get us to the airport.
Forgot to say that there are hidden charges you have to pay an extra £12 when you get to parking this isn’t on their website you find out once you’ve booked your car in.
On way back we had to wait an hour before our driver turned up and even that was after numerous calls and kept being told he is 10 mins away!
The driver even had the cheek of asking us to pay the parking at the airport and told us we would get refunded once we picked our car up of course we refused to. Our car was not ready when we got back we were told where it was parked and had to find it!
I would not recommend this company to be anybody they are a bunch of cowboys who are only after your money there is zero customer service and I don’t know how they are still running a business
