Very poor service. Phone number provided not working and no answers from mobile provided. Waiting almost 2 hours for car to be delivered. We will never use this company again

Do not use this Cowboy Outfit
Waited nearly an hour in rain at airport for shuttle. Made four phone calls to check on progress but office manager refused to give me a time for pick up - was on the verge of getting a cab when he eventually turned up. A very unprofessional and poor service.
I strongly advise you do not use this company.

No stars. I park at the Rorie St parkade every Tues, Weds, Thurs for 10-12 hours for work. They make lots off me. I weekly have problems with the gate not opening even after you pay. It happened again today & there happened to he a staff standing 10 ft away...which us shocking b/c it is impossible to get anyone at their 8** number on the website tells you to leave a message then tells you it's full..lol. So the staff demanded to see proof of payment via lookingvat my bank account to verify the payment went through. I was not comfortable showing him my banking numbers at the top of the screen and then he wanted a photo of it which I said no way! Then he held me hostage and wouldn't open the gate for 20 minutes. I didn't know that they can detain then ask to document personal info that is super vulnerable to fraud then hold you hostage cuz you won't give him your name & number on the back of the ticket. I ended calling 911 and he finally let me out!
Utter shambles!!!
Please stay away - firstly arrived to find multiple cars parked like battery hens ! I can only describe the area as deep water filled divots in which a monster truck would have difficulty navigating through. I was then told they would have to call a taxi and I had to pay the first fare and they would pay the return. This is where the fun begins- called 30 minutes prior to pick up on landing to be told a driver would arrive - this was to no avail after 30+ calls , to then find other stranded travellers waiting to also be picked up ( one family over three hours) - having waited 90 mins I got a black cab (£30 fixed fee) to turn up and find total chaos - multiple disgruntled personnel arguing in this old rickety caravan - with one guy stating he had to come from Sheffield to bring his mother to pick her car up !!! After been trapped on the compound for additional 35 mins. We then got our keys and left £45 lighter . Please please stay away !!!
Lost my car key
Well from reading the reviews it’s not a surprise I’m writing this but they have ‘lost’ my car key on my return to the uk. And as other reviews have stated the car park is a mud bath, terrible all round experience! How this so called business is still operating I will never know
Cowboy outfit
Cowboy outfit. Do not use them. Scrappy piece of land 10 minutes from the airport. Transferred to the airport in an unroadworthy van. A door wouldn't close fully and some of the seatbelts didn't work! Had to pay a taxi to get us back to the scrappy land which we had to pay £14 for. Our car was filthy and the heaters were turned up to full as though they had been using the car to warm up! The office is an old porta cabin. Cowboys, do not use!!

No toilets. Reception is a caravan and all the staff (if you can call them that) were rude and unhelpful. When I refused to pay the £6 each way surcharge the driver refused to take us.

We come as a family 5 adults 2 kids and a 8 month old we paid for 2 cars, when we arrived to the “car park” that just looks like an army tank testing facility the mud is unbelievable rain or sun it never dries up my nans new white jacket fell on the floor while trying to help one of the kids over a huge mud puddle we had to park in so he didn’t get his new shoes muddy before we even got to the airport! Furthermore the van taking people to the airport is in a disgusting state and only has 1 available. Instead of taking the 7 of us and the baby he took half of our group and another 4 people then we had to wait half hour for him to return after all the people working there arguing with us and expecting for the 2 kids and 3 adults to go first and wanted me and my girlfriend with our 8 month old to wait for him to come back and we had 3 large heavy suitcases, 8 carry on bags and a buggy We also all had to pay £12 to the driver as did everyone else. The worse part of all of this is when we landed back into Manchester at 4:30am we was all tired the baby was unsettled and we was freezing cold in shorts and t-shirts with a jacket we all called and called the number we got told to ring when we landed for 40 minutes with no answer when we finally got an answer we got told the “van had broken down” so to pay £27 in a taxi to get to the car park which obviously we had to do so we got to the car park everyone else who was collecting there cars had the same problem we got our cars back full of mud on the drivers side and the door sill I expect my car to be returned in the state it was left and it wasn’t muddy when I left I’m not fussed about the outside which was muddy also but the inside was disgusting. We then had to drive to Manchester pickup zone to pick everyone else up and pay another £6 each for the pickup. Please please avoid this place you will thank me later don’t let the “cheaper cost” attract you it doesn’t work out cheaper after paying for the £27 taxi the £20 car valet to get ur car cleaned and the £6 charge each way to get dropped and picked up! Park in Manchester jet parks there the best ones and are Manchester airports own parking facilities. I will also be getting in touch with Trade and Standards about this cowboy company and will make sure something happens!

I dropped our car off on gravel on the 13th of July went on holiday when you came back nobody there to pick us up called us to get a taxi which was £27 and said would get a refund never got
I got to car park, waited for an hour, then told me to follow him. Car was parked on the grass 6 inches underwater. After 90 minutes of trying to get out another person turned up, got keys from a parked car and used that car to tow us out no sorry, nothing clothes trainers ruined, and car had to get a full valet to clean up

Avoid like the plague! These cowboys don’t know what they’re doing. The “car park” is a muddy scrap yard with the “office” being a broken caravan. Going to the airport there was no issue really. Coming home however, we phone the number given and they sent out a taxi to us instead of coming out themselves which then cost me £14 out of my pocket. Then when we got to the yard these cowboys tried to get me to pay more which was not going to happen. My car is covered in mud inside and down 30 miles of fuel than it had when I left it there. Honestly do not use these cowboys!!

When we booked we were told to ring the company 30 minutes before arrival so a mini bus could be prepared to take us to the airport. It took me 15 attempts to get though to the company. When we arrived it could only be explained as a mud bath. We were absolutely filthy just getting out of the car. There was a family there screaming and crying that they’d been abandoned at the airport with small children and when they pulled their car out of the swamp their front tyre was completely flat so they were unable to get home. This sent alarm bells ringing for us and made us feel anxious and nervous our whole holiday to come back to our car. We were told that there was no mini bus transfer available to take us to the airport and the company called us a private taxi, they told us if we paid £12 for this taxi that we would not have to pay the £6 entry and £6 exit fee on arrival and return, so we did.
We arrived back to Manchester airport at 1.30am, called the company who informed us again that there was no mini bus available so he would order me a taxi and I had to pay for it and receive a refund within 24 hours. I sent him my car reg and name so he could get the car out and order the taxi. I had no response from this text message so I called him again for him to tell me all taxis were busy and I had to arrange a taxi from the airport myself. I had to pay £17 for the taxi from the airport back to the car park. I had not budgeted for this and informed them I needed the money back to put fuel in my car the next morning.
When we arrived back to the car park again there were TWO more families who had the exact same problems, all of our cars were absolutely FILTHY covered in mud, no mat put down in the footwell to protect our freshly cleaned car.
The other families were on the phone to the police but I had work in the morning so tried to report the incident to the police on the way home.
If you are as unfortunate as us to have been scammed by these cowboys please REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS the more reports they get the more chance they have got to be shut down.
Absolutely disgusting and cannot believe these awful humans are operational.

Arrived on 13th july here to a swamp full of mud all the cases and my shoes were covered in mud, I watched one of the drivers open a car door onto a brand new Honda bumper and did not care, i emphasised that my car is new and I do not want any damage too it!! I should have probably avoided at this point but I didn’t have time. I had to wait for the minibus to come to drop us at the airport. PICKUP - after calling 17 times the man finally answered and said they will order a taxi for THREE of us from the other car park the other side of the airport to the mud swamp, 20 minutes later no taxi, my BF called him as he wouldn’t answer my number, and thought he muted my bf whilst he then ordered a taxi, after 30 minutes a grey Passat showed up which obviously didn’t fit 3 cases in for three people as we had already said. We called AGAIN and was told to get a black cab and they will pay for it, we walked back to the other side of the airport for a cab got to the site where not one person said sorry and they just give me my key and said well we paid for the taxi. WOW, muddy carpets in car mud all over it, AVOID, PAY THE EXTRA FOR ACTUAL MEET AND GREET!!! So hard to communicate almost impossible when they do actually answer the phone. Took 3 hours from flight landing to get my car back absolute jokes!!
Avoid the mud bath
We booked platinum car park through ezybook thinking we’d got a decent price at £60 but got there and the place is a mud fest with a muddy porta cabin and 3 guys who didn’t have a clue what they were doing! Got told their minibus had broken down and they’d book us a taxi (cash only) but this would be trip to airport and back (it’s only 5 mins around corner) had to drag our cases through the mud and our shoes were filthy got told when we land to ring 30 mins before to be told to get a taxi there explained paid for 1 going out which they said we’d need pay another £14 but we’d get both £14 (£28 in total) back in bank account in 2 days (it’s never arrived!) asked for number of manager 07488905543 who doesn’t answer and can’t leave message as mailbox full
Lots of families got there and as shocked as me, didn’t feel safe to leave my car and we had to wait when we arrived at 3am after long flight for them to find my car, it was pitch black so couldn’t fully check my car properly but went round with the kids and thankfully no scratches but my footwell was filthy and caked in mud! Avoid like the plague would never book with them again and I’d rather spend money with a proper company then paid £88 for this rubbish tip

Hidden 6 pound additional charge. Do not use.
High parking fees and they charge an additional 6 pounds per person on drop off and pick up. It only costs 6 pounds per car to get in and out. Fly as anything. Will never be using this parking again.

I am disappointed with the parking, the staff speaks very little English. The bus that I rode with my family is total junk! The door did not close properly, in addition, the driver dropped us off in the middle of the road to avoid tolling the barrier. When we got back the driver was waiting in the parking lot for another taxi to leave and was holding onto his bumper to avoid the toll. We were appalled by their lack of professionalism. Of course we had to pay £6 for the ride there and back. I am disappointed and disgusted with their approach. I will never choose their parking lot again. P.S. They disconnected the dash cam in my car.

Avoid this company at all costs. Car park is extremely poor. Initially when dropping the car the phone number was going straight to voicemail. On return, despite phoning several times and being told they would take 25 minutes to collect us, we waited over 1 hour in the pouring rain. They also charge you an extra £6 EACH WAY to be dropped off and collected from the airport. When we arrived back to car park the queue of people waiting to go to the airport was very long and only 1 van to transport. People were worried they would miss their flight and booking normal taxis to collect them. Will never use again!!!

Parking near Manchester Airport is an absolute tip . Damage to my vehicle exhaust system on uneven ground . Multiple scratches to paint work .
When we arrived back in the Terminal we called as instructed but were ignored for the first 2 hours . When we eventualy got through they took another 90 minutes to pick us up .
People in the office ( an old disgusting caravan , filthy outside areas ) , were extremly rude and racist .
Very unhappy with service . Do not use , ever !
