All in all, a great ticketing app but things can get tough during massive events when tickets sell out in minutes. Expected though I guess. I recently had a great experience with customer service. Habiba managed to help reschedule my non-refundable tickets due to an injury in the group. She did an amazing job getting that done.

Everything was spectacular

I was not able to proceed past "Next" after I had chosen a seat when I tried to make a booking. I tried a few times and on different operating systems and devices. Hilariously, they kept on sending me email reminders to book the tickets and I kept on not being able to book any. I tried their "customer care" centre whatsapp and messenging which is only a bot that get stuck in a loop with a video on how to book tickets. I mean, all it did was make it seem like I was stupid and couldn't follow the video. Doh. After writing a message on the promoter's instagram it seemed like PlatinumList somehow managed to find real people to contact me and ask me the problem was. Not a single apology for the inconvenience or that they are sorry to hear about the problems I was having. It feels to me that they only care about making money and the customer's experience is secondary. Maybe the people that run the company could learn a little about people and less about how to make as much money as you can as fast as you can.

**Update since posting review: The technical issue was finally resolved the following day and I was able to continue to book tickets (oh bravo, well done congratulations you can mke money again). Other than on this site, no-one reached out to me directly to say that it was up and running or to apologise or perhaps thank me for letting them know that their sales portal wasn't working?! I am still left feeling that they did me a favour some how! (Hint: without feedback from customers how do you know that your product is working/running smoothly. Think about it: Who is doing who a "favour" here exactly? Yes I, sadly, had no other option but to use your platform to buy these tickets and so I bothered to make the effort to find out how I could proceed - without that perhaps you would have lost out on sales). I am not altering my review because your/booking portal site is now up and running. Your customer service still did not think it was necessary to thank me for notifying them of the (your) problem, of apologising to me for assuming that I am stupid by sending me in a loop to watch the "How to book tickets" video. It would have been nice too if they could have sent me a direct message saying that the booking system was fixed and thank you for being patient (etc or something like that). The sent me a message on the chat screen that the system was working. OK fine but a little impersonal I thought.

المكان كترتيب ممتاز والتصاميم جذابة للصغار والفعاليات معقولة لكن اتمنى ان تخصص تذاكر منفصلة بفئات لحفلات طارق العربي أو رشا رزق حيث أنني رغبت بالحضور ولكن فتح المسرح للعموم والانتظار مع أطفال في الزحام غير مناسب ومتعب ومرهق، فما الضير في تخصيص تذاكر لهذا المكان كي نحظى بفرصة الجلوس دون التسابق والانتظار الطويل المنهك مثلما تم تخصيص اسعار معينة لبعض الألعاب الإضافية .

Great customer service

I booked tickets, and event cancelled, complicated way to get a refund. And if you did not apply for a refund within the specific time, the refund window closes and they will not refund you. Truly disappointing Platinumlist policies for refund
