Last year I joined a Playfight retreat with Matteo in Swiss. I had never heard of Playfight until my partner mentioned it. I looked at the website and I already knew I would be hooked just by reading about it! Ofcourse I needed to experience it in real life. So off I went! The experience was amazing, Playfight is such a versatile way to get to know yourself better and to embody and bring alive values that you want to see more of in your life.

Playfight for me, is a way to nourish my energy. Through the physical contact in a playful way, I feel more connected to my body and my truth which makes me feel confident in the way I want to live my life. AND Playfight is a way to deal with the bigger things in life, relationships with partners, friends, business partners, parents, etc.

If you have a slight curiosity to it or you are looking for a hands on way to improve different areas in your life, Playfight will definitely play a role to support you in this!

Fighting is often such a „loaded“ and negatively associated concept, probably for good reason. Playfighting showed me how appreciative, respectful and playful it actually can be. A well facilitated, safe and intimate container to discover how freeing and kind fighting can be. A truly wonderful experience.

A bunch of beautiful people with a lot of playful ans connective energy. Playfight has touched my heart and is shaping jy personal process of growth. In case of doubt - try it! Matteo is a great and fun facilitator who knows how to host great events.

I attended the new years event 2024/2025 in Italy and one immersion in Germany. Especially the new years immersion was really special and a beautiful way to start in the new year. I went home with a bunch of new friends and a heart full of love and joy.

Playfight showed me how to trust, connect, open up and see myself and others even more. Especially in finding my true expressions or how I can live all my archetypes. Matteo is a competent and authentic facilitator and mentor for clear embodiment, I find. Great tribe experience. Loving playful and deep on all levels if you let it. Healthy good food, great team and nature supporting all the expansion inside and outside. Loved the May Immersion. November I will go again to deepen it. Thank you all so much!

Playfight it's a wonderful practice, that brought me closer to my body, emotions and spirit. It helped me grow and deepen my awareness. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to become more connected with himself and others. I loved it. And I want more.

Playfight è da qualche mese entrata a far parte delle pratiche più potenti che conosca. Attraverso il corpo e lo sguardo si accede ad uno spazio nuovo, di conoscenza dell'altra persona e di se stessi, senza filtri. È ora uno strumento che utilizzo per entrare nella giocosità, nell'autenticità e vulnerabilità, ed è preziosissimo per approfondire il mondo meraviglioso delle relazioni!

Grote aanrader! Na een paar dagen Playfight voelde ik me vrolijk, beurs, simpel, en springlevend. Het is een unieke combinatie: volop in je lijf, in je emoties, fysiek verbinden met andere mensen.

Meestal doen we allemaal heel serieus en professioneel in deze wereld, en dat is prima. Maar soms wil je gewoon als een stel blije puppies over de grond rollen met andere mensen. Want we zijn ook nog steeds dieren, niet alleen een hoofd + onderstel.

Je pratique et transmets le Playfight depuis bientôt 5 ans.
Non seulement c'est super fun comme activité, mais en plus c'est un moyen d'apprendre sur soi et sur les relations.
C'est aussi un super un moyen d'activer son énergie vitale, de retrouver son enfant intérieur, de vivre du contact et de la connexion par le corps en toute sécurité.
Mais ne me croyez pas sur parole, essayez plutôt ! ;)
