Ingen anden relationel praksis lader mig både være tæt med mig selv og andre og have det sjovt på så dejligt forfriskende seriøs en måde som Playfight fra Matteo Tangi-grenen! Her lærer jeg, at når sikkerheden er høj, kan mit system bevæge sig langt ud over min normale komfortzone. Derfor kan min krop, mit følelsessystem og min sociale menneskenatur nå til langt dybere nærvær, mod, glæde og kraft, end jeg har oplevet i mange andre selvudviklingssammenhænge.

Jeg er dybt taknemmelig for Matteo Tangi Playfight-praksissen – dens fokus på tryghed som katalysator for at udfordre vores sædvanlige mønstre og muligheden for at engagere mig i ret seriøse emner gennem legens kraft!

Jeg anbefaler Playfight Matteo Tangi-linjen til alle, der ønsker at generobre deres styrke – den, der bor i kroppen, den, der lever i vores sociale natur, og ikke mindst den, der findes i vores allesammens hjerter.

Playfight macht nicht nur Spass und lässt mich Verbindung (mit mir selbst und anderen) erleben, es ist für mich auch hervorragendes Werkzeug für persönliches Wachstum und Weiterentwicklung. Es erlaubt mir, meine blinden Flecken (speziell im Umgang mit Konflikten) und emotionalen Triggerpunkte bewusst(er) zu machen und in einer verkörperperten Form, in eine sicher gehaltenen Rahmen, neue Möglichkeiten zu gewinnen und zu erforschen. Dabei leisten die Menschen im Kreis einen unschätzbaren Beitrag als physische und enegetische Raumhalter.
Raus aus dem Kopf und mentalen "Geschichten", rein ins physische Erleben und Erforschen, wo all meine Gefühle, Emotionen und Gemütszustände willkommen sind und ich mich selbst sein darf!

I started with playfight, bc I could imagine that sharing an embodied practice based on connection, safety and competition would help me to increase my ability with handling stress and staying true to myself. I started going to Simon‘s Playfight circle in CH starting from 2022 and took part in a Playfight Camps in CH and IT in 2024. Those days were filled with reconnection to our human roots. I evolved a lot from it and am blessed, to have started the facilitation training. Thanks to it I now am able to open and offer Playfight myself and staying connected to this valuable path. I can recommend it to everybody who feels stuck in expressing their true emotions and intentions in everyday life. Also, you‘ll find amazing other human beings ☀️✨😻🧡

Diesen Tribe und diese Kultur kennenzulernen hat für mich ein Universum eröffnet, wie es auch möglich in Verbindung und echtem authentischen, verkörperten Kontakt zu sein.
Nach meinem ersten Playfight Mehrtages Event bin ich in diese Welt eingetaucht, habe die Ausbildung dort gemacht um diese Kultur selbst weiter zu verbreiten. Es erwärmt mein Herz die bekannten Gesichter immer und immer wieder zu sehen und die Gemeinschaft und Kraft und Freude die wir entstehen lassen zu vertiefen.

I really cherish matteo and the other playfight facilitators for their capability of holding space and creating a real human experience.

In this workshop a very trustful space was created and I appreciate it very much to have been able to make a deep experience.

It was an outstanding experience, I didn‘t know Playfight is much more then just fighting in a playful way. It is connection, interaction, play, but also connected with a lot of reflection, inner work and healing and it was a very special experience with people that became very special to me in the short amount of time.

I’ve attended several playfights organized by Matteo and his colleagues, and each time has been a blast. It’s incredibly refreshing to engage your entire body in such activities. The focus is always on togetherness and mindful encounters. Everyone takes it to heart, ensuring you feel safe regardless of your opponent’s experience or strength. In short, it’s play, and it’s heaps of fun! 😊

A wonderful embodiment practise that offers a playground for full self-contact and honest expression of needs and boundaries.

By now I participated in several events like immersions, facilitation training and advanced training.
For me playfight is embodied non-violent communication. It can be confronting - and therefore lead to personal growth - on the one hand and it can be vivid joy on the other hand. I love this tool for bringing direct heart to heart connection and awsome people into my life.

Dear lovers of deep heart connection, healing and playfulness.
I deeply appreciate the spaces held by Matteo and his team. I visited a playfight immersion this Summer and it was a magical, deeply reconnecting and healing gathering and practice for me.

I finally made a huge step into my inner Power and Selflove in this Safe and creative held container.

If I could, I would empower you to jump into this space of awareness, connection, love and Play...

Finally I love it so much, that I am stepping into the apprendionship as a facilitator and to bring it to the north of Lake Constance...

Hello everyone, playfight to me is a very precious tool to get to know people or to deepen friendsships with a new layer of contact. I really appriciate to get into physical contact in this given safe structur. I feel so free as a kid but in a way that support my capability of getting closer with my light and shadow sites.
As an example I figured you in playfight how much I can feel the other in his power and that sometime winning or losing doesnt matter anymore to me. Because in games normaly I have a strong longing for winning with I’m working on in this field. As a child I even had to cry sometimes if I would not win in a game. Which is clearly not a reality anymore. I wouldnt say because of playfight but it supports me of heal this experience or behaviour on a deeper level. So I’d say we all have something we want to grow in and playfight to me is a methode to find a joyful healing in many ways. Try it out:)

I am moved by meeting all these beautiful people and playfight ( and by all theother workshops between).playfight as a tool for self-care and respectful, loving interaction with your fellow human beings. this gives me the feeling of great solidarity and self-reliance at the same time.

Playfight nowadays plays a big role in my life.
Not only invites me to transform struggles into challenges that I can play with, it holds me accountable to show up for my self and for my community and it allows me to have a human connection that I was longing for since I was a child.
In playfight I can be playful, I can be wild, I can be gentle, I can be myself. Is a space where I feel home, a home where I can grow to a more mature human being.
The playfight with my critic part and the beautiful encounters with all people that playfight connects are everyday present in my heart. Thank you for the laughs and thank you for the tears playfight, with you I feel more of me.
