The quality of service, and the manner of your representative have been very good. Our new covers look smart and fit well. This would have been 5 stars, had the order been complete at the time of fitting (awaiting new seat pads and curtain fabric, from the order placed about a week after the main one).

Great service from start to finish. We are delighted with the new covers for our conservatory sofas and chairs.
Everything went as planned with no hold ups and we were kept informed at each stage. We cannot fault any part of the process.

Chose Plumbs for custom-made roman blinds. Took months to arrive, then the mechanism broke less than a month after the 12 month guarantee ended. I appealed and they would not budge. Cost us hundreds - a costly mistake. Would not touch Plumbs again with a barge pole.

Margaret, the local representative, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was a good selection of fabrics to choose from and I liked her ideas and suggestions which aided my selection. I decided on loose covers for both my three sofas and the dining room chairs. The covers are well made and when ready they were fitted quickly and efficiently. I’m really pleased with my purchases and my furniture looks new again.

Anita's first visit was a pleasure. She understood my financial needs and showed me fabric patterns in my price range.
The curtains were made and delivered in the quoted time and hung by Anita.

This company has been plaguing me for years. Several years ago I arranged for them to come to measure and quote to reupholster my sofa. An appointment was made with an agent to visit with swatches but they never turned up. They have since been bombarding me with junk mail. I have made several attempts to get my address removed from their mailing list to no avail. More junk through the letter box today.
Not reliable, not trustworthy and completely bothersome.

The website is easy to use. A representative that came to measure up was very clear about advantages and disadvantages of various products for my situation, and the price.
She was polite, friendly and professional, taking many measurements to ensure a correct fit.
The sofa covers came when expected, and quite quickly considering the amount of work involved in the fit. The rep came back to fit the covers and gave me care instructions and a contact number for any queries.
I'm very pleased with the result, the price was reasonable and the quality of the product excellent.

Too expensive as it was for replacement inside cushions and we had to fit them ourselves .
