Very good result, some delays to shipping but the factory is in Dover and I'm in Suffolk.

Just been given a brand new chair after having covers fitted by Michael I’m deeelighted I would highly recommend 🥰first class service from measuring to fitting .

The salesman Michael was very polite and friendly and helpful & when he came to fit the curtains he was very helpful.we are very pleased with the service we received from Plumbs & would recommend them to anyone who is looking for new curtains & seat covers

Whilst Anne, your representative was extremely helpful, I was very disappointed with the covers. The bottom of the covers were so tightly stitched and therefore very puckered . My daughter has had to remove all the covers, sofa, chair and poufee and tried to improve the overall appearance which was a difficult task. Whilst I appreciate that covers are not comparable to reupholstery, considering the price I paid I certainly expected a much better standard. Therefore I would deter anyone from using your services.

Amanda was so professional and knowledgeable. I took her advice on fabrics and chose loose covers which arrived in 3 weeks and Amanda fitted them perfectly. I am so pleased with the result.

The sales person visited my home, measured up and advised me on my choice of fabric for cushion covers to fit my L-shaped sofa. She was helpful and friendly.

The items were made promptly (quicker than I was led to expect) and the representative returned to install them for me. They were quite expensive for what they are, but well-made and look good. One of the zips broke, but the salesperson was able to fix it and I was happy with the finished job.

It was an easy experience, I was sent swatches of material and to be honest it did take me a long time to decide. Once I contacted Plumbs to confirm my choice they were very quick to respond. Their operative in my area was both friendly and professional, can’t fault them.

We have just had new loose covers made for our sofa by Plumbs. Margaret came to our house and helped us choose a material. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Because we are moving overseas in a few weeks, she called HQ and spoke to one of Plums owners to get his commitment that the covers would be available in time. This was very reassuring. The quote seemed reasonable to us and we paid our deposit. We then had a ‘pattern cutter visit, who carefully re- created the loose- covers in a white fabric that would act as the pattern for our new covers. Within 2 x weeks we were told our covers were ready and they were delivered by courier. Finally plumbs sent their fitter who visited us to fit the new covers. Really happy with them. Great quality, terrific fit for a reasonable price. Thank you plumbs. An excellent service.

professional and curteous .....if a bit pricey

Excellent service from start to finish buying replacement covers for a 30 year old Multiyork 3 piece suite.
Fabric samples arrived quickly. Our consultant, Wayne, was very helpful & accomplished in taking the measurements & fitting the new covers.
The result is a 3 piece that looks great & could be mistaken for new

My appointment on time with a good selection of materials for loose covers.Covers measured and deposit taken really efficiently.Told 5 weeks but informed later 6 weeks.
On arrival fitted quickly with no fuss and really pleased with the colours and material i chose.

Excellent service from start to finish. All options discussed in detail before ordering. We chose foam seat and back cushions which are perfect and comfortable.
Loose covers all fitted perfectly and have enhanced the sofas and the room they are in.

My adviser and fitter, Ahmad advised semi sheer roller blinds from Hillarys for my front bay window. He measured and fitted them, they are perfect!

My home consultant Lynn Suzanne Forster was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in advising me with choosing new cushions for my 3 piece suite.
Although it was more expense than I had anticipated you could tell you get what you pay for as the craftsmanship in the work was evident.
