The hose started leaking and has been replaced.
The hose started leaking within the first month and the cover at the connector started tearing. The idea of packing it up and sending it back to be evaluated for either a replacement or refund is ridiculous. I gave the hose as a gift to my 90 year old mother. I sent an email and never got a response.
The customer service did respond and apologized for not responding and immediately replaced the hose. They did not have a 50' in-stock and gave us a 75'. They made it very easy and with 4 others, will definitely make us look at them again when we need more.

Love the hoses
Love the hoses. I have 2 and they are fantastic. Light weight and easy to move around. Had one that was leaking and the company replaced it at no charge. Very good customer service department. You guys are awesome.

Poor Quality

Defective hose nozzles
I have sent a least five emails regarding the quality of the hose nozzle. I bought three hoses that came with a nozzle . All three leak allot. I won't use them as at least half the water coming out of the spray is wasted. In my emails I asked if there was a fix with no answer. On another email I asked for three replacements. the answer is we are out of stock until mid September. This is now October and I receive a pocket hose email selling the nozzle and other components.
The hoses work ok, but I need nozzles . Without them the hose is no good.
When will I get the three free replacement nozzles? It's long past mid September.

My hose has developed a leak and a hole, despite being advertised with a 10-year warranty. I’ve reached out to ask how to return it for repair, but I still haven’t received a response. Now I’m being told it must be returned in the original packaging—which is completely unreasonable. Who keeps a box for two years for a product that’s supposed to be durable and high-quality? This feels like a deliberate barrier to honoring the warranty and borders on false advertising.

I have purchased 4 100 ft pockets…
I have purchased 4 100 ft pockets hoses. The hose areas are ok. However, the connections and the spout heads are all either, leaking, cracked, or inoperable. These plastic housings are the worst. My recommendation would be to make them out of a stronger, water proof material. Making them in plastic is a bad idea.

I like how the hose expands however if…
I like how the hose expands however if it gets caught on something sharp like a rose thorn it will pierce it and no longer work. Hose can’t be left in garage during winter it cracks. Nozzle is rather delicate and doesn’t stay sealed well to connector. I’ve had to replace that several times and it always need several washers to stop leaks.

Bought two hoses and both within 6 months had pin holes in both had to have both replaced. Because they happened about a week or two apart they wanted me to pay the postage
Now after a year one of them has a pin hole again waiting to see if the other one gets one in the next couple of weeks before I file another claim
