Hoses are much lighter and don’t kink
We are seniors and we love that the hoses are so much lighter and easier to put away. Also the hoses don’t kink. The sprayer is fantastic!

We have had two new hoses spring leaks…
We have had two new hoses spring leaks right away and you have replaced them but this is not good! I like the concept and light weight of the hose but terrible quality causing these leaks! Water just sprays out of the middle of the hose and we are also very careful with it.

We had 2 25ft hoses
We had 2 25ft hoses, both developed a whole in the hose, in the actual hose. I wrote to the company 4 times, no response. Tried again and the fifth time they said they were sending me 2 new hoses. I have checked the tracking number they gave me and it has never shipped and that was about 3 weeks ago.
I will never buy anything from them again, they do not stand behind their product

I was leery at first but now that I have had it for a while I can with all honesty say...Thank you! Have tried other hoses that curl back up that were just garbage. This one - I just love it! I bought another! And customer service is also the greatest. What more can one ask for?

Received the Wrong Item with no resolution
I ordered one 100' hose but received to 50' hoses with a splitter for one faucet. I sent a note to customer service and never heard anything. Order number 239598 if you can help. Will leave a positive review if someone can tell me how to resolve this. I cannot use two 50' hoses

Bite the Bullet
I bought the Copper Bullet hose and the second time using it washing a vehicle and dropped onto an asphalt driveway, the end with the sprayer nozzle snapped into. I tried to reach out to pocket hose but never got any answer back from them.

This hose and company are the real deal.
I’ve seen this hose advertised a lot. I wanted to try it but it seemed too good to be a product that actually worked as shown. I bought one and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked and how light it was. It works as shown on the commercials. I had a minor problem and the company took care of things immediately. I can’t speak highly enough about this product and the level of customer service the company offers.

Absolutely love the Pockethose! I have 3. I have 2 long hoses that are attached together to reach a garden behind my house which is at a great distance from the water source. I also have a smaller one for use in the front. Easy to "collapse" and get out of the way when necessary. Also easy for winter storage.

The company made the pocket hose well! The nozzle is not made cheap, the hose is lightweight and easy to manage. So much better than those rubber hoses! I got rid of mine and replaced them all with pocket hoses. They will make great gifts too.
