I am unfortunately very disappointed with this store.

I placed an order and paid extra for home delivery, as I am not physically able to collect parcels myself. Despite this, after almost three weeks of waiting, I only received an unpleasant email informing me that I had been charged for shipping, while the products had already been returned to the store.

The items were never delivered to me, and no attempt was made to resend them. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without my order and still charged.

Customer service was unhelpful and not polite, which made the whole experience even worse.

I do not recommend this store. I will definitely not be using their services again.

Have not received my order not gotten any responses to my many e-mails...

Great at ignoring emails and ending the conversation when something hasn’t gone right. Wouldn’t ever use again & now have to fight for a refund.

I ordered a coffee ☕️ machine end of September for £69 and it still has not arrived yet

I have not received my order and they do not respond to emails. There's no way to get your money back so reconsider before ordering.
I'm reporting them to Trading Standards because this seems like a fake shop.

This was my second order and it took very much longer than the first one. I emailed to ask about delay. No reply. When the order arrived there were items missing which I had paid for. I emailed but yet again no reply

My parcel hasn't been delivered and there is no response from seller.
I won't be buying from them again.

Ordered 4x Aflofarm Proliver 30 Tablets on 29 July. Order stating till 5th August should be delivered. 12th August still nothing recived. Not replying massages. Bad experience.

I've ordered 8 boxes of chocolates at the end of June, got my order a few days later only to find out that all of them have expiry date in July!
Emailed customer services to return as I was buying for a few months supply, but no returns accepted on perishable goods as "no expiry date guarantee" apparently in their policy.
I know for well, that they've sent me these chocolates with almost expired date so they don't have to dump them and I won't be able to return.
Awful shop and will never buy again from them!

The service was excellent. Everything was delivered on time and well packed.

Don't buy there. My order had missing items, they are not responding to emails.

Do not use this company, they send your Order out but if items are missing. And you try to get in contact they will not respond to you.

Scam website, make you pay for things they don't even send and when they send stuff it's not even the right things as on the website. Don't reply to emails etc. Absolute scammers

Ordered and they claimed to have shipped. Only the tracking company hasn't received anything yet. This was 3 weeks ago. Steer well clear. Will be opening up a claim to get a refund.

I ordered 3 bottle of tartare sauce. When they arrived they were all days away from expiring. After emailing them to tell them this, they replied saying that the sauces were delivered with valid best before dates and that they meet the required standards for freshness and quality at the time of delivery. SHOCKING
