Very quickly executed
Very quickly executed, but there is a problem with delivery costs. When ordering and the products are from 2 suppliers, I have to pay delivery twice and it if was one delivery, I would be over the threshold and not pay at all. Not good.

Spammers and bad business practices
This company sends unsolicited spam email and has a hostile unsubscribe process where there is no option to actually unsubscribe, only "modify" the subscription. Will never buy from them and recommend that you do not either.

I ordered the fortified wine as a gift…
I ordered the fortified wine as a gift and was very disappointed with the state of the package that arrived. The box was ripped, the delivery label was glued to the box and cannot be removed. The actual label on the bottle was peeling off and there was no date on the bottle to indicate it’s age.

Frustrating multiple deliveries
First time I’m using these guys but deliveries are done from various places resulting in multiple deliveries of buts and pieces. Quite frustrating. Ordered only 12 bottles and still waiting for my 3rd delivery. Both previous deliveries also arrived with no pre plan or message so they just expect you to be home when they arrive.
