My order clearly stated when to deliver…
My order clearly stated when to deliver and it was ignored. The result my order was in your vehicle for a week driving in the heat to my empty apartment, which resulted in the cork sweating and wine off. I reported this to Mullineux. unacceptable. Will never order from you again. PS I had 2 orders; one on time second disaster.

We received your recent Trustpilot review and were very sorry to learn about the condition in which your wines arrived. Please accept our sincere apologies for this experience.
To assist you further, kindly let us know which of the wines were corked. Once we have that information, we will be happy to arrange for the affected bottles to be replaced.
According to our records, the Aramex driver attempted delivery on the 4th of April, but it seems the delivery was unfortunately unsuccessful at the time.
We await your response so that we can liaise with Mullineux and arrange for the corked wines to be re-dispatched.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
