Wrong wine delivered
Wine selection and pricing is good as is delivery. However the wine delivery via Norman Goodfellows was not as per my order. Supposed to be four reds but got three of two different vintages and a white from the same farm.

Product not in stock
The product was not in stock but there was no mention of this on the website. Once I had paid I received an email stating the product was not in stock and were expecting it mid Feb. It's now mid March and the stock still hasn't arrived. I understand that if there are problems at the distributor the retailer cannot do much, but it feels like Port2Port just has an "oh well" attitude and don't send me any feedback regarding the situation unless I request it.
