Amazing customer service from start to finish. They addressed and improved my suggestion and concerns.I could not believe the price compared to the quality of work. Well worth it, I will be recommending their services to my friends and family. The picture arrived and we were blown away by the quality.

I was afraid to try something like this on a website I never heard of but I was extremely happy with the results. I will be using this site again.

PortraitFlip was a link on the Lap of Love website, a hospice site for dogs and their owners. My dog died a few weeks ago and I am still broken over it. For many years I paid a dog walker while I was at work. I found a photo of her and my dog and PortraitFlip created an absolutely beautiful pencil drawing. Use this company! You will be overwhelmed with their talent and professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

Initially, I completely recommended this company. They had captured the photo of my dog beautifully. They sent me the finished oil painting picture by email, and it was more perfect than I could expect. I was excited to receive the finished product mailed to me.

So, I am updating my review now. I received the portrait in a timely manner. It comes from China which I didn't realize from the website. The portrait is very beautiful. However, I ordered it to be framed and the frame is all chipped and the paint on the frame can just be peeled away. So, needless to say, I am very upset as I feel I just wasted my money. I can't hang it for display now. I am so disappointed. I have reached out to the company and am waiting to see if they are going to do anything. This frame is literally worth maybe 10 dollars, and I paid 75 dollars. The portrait is screwed into the frame, so I personally will not be able to change it without damaging the portrait. I read other reviews, and I see someone else experienced the same thing. This whole portrait should be redone at this point as I paid a lot of money, paid for expedited shipping, and I expected a product that I would love and could proudly display.

If you order from the company, I do not recommend the frame. So, I now have a pretty portrait that I can't display or use now. What a shame!

They paid attention to detail and made sure to capture exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased and would recommend them to friends and family. I would definitely use them again 🙂.

Great communication. Unlimited changes if wanted until 100% satisfied before starting the painting. Just an all round good experience.

Recipient did not like what clothing she was put in and thought some of the people in the photo looked disproportionate. Recipient loved the idea and liked the overall drawing, but has minor complaints.

Interactions between painter and myself. Suggestions are important to people that are not aware of what might improve final product. I know not all people appreciate this, but I did...thanks

They did such a great job on this portrait and it has such sentimental meaning to us !!! My son’s dad on our wedding day and he died when our son was 10. Combining him with his dad on his wedding day is awesome

Very nice and fast customer service. My package arrived just as the tracking app said and the artwork is just like the picture. If needing to get another loved one painted I’d come back here.

My painting was a wedding gift for my daughter and son-in-law. Both of whom had each lost a parent. The groom lost his mom in 2021, and the bride lost her dad in 2018. Unfortunately, the wedding photo I used showed my daughter with a really bad double chin. It took several tries and some modification to the back ground before I even somewhat liked the painting. (Nothing against the painting, it just wasn't what I had invisioned.) My poor artist probably hated me.....I know I would have hated me. My daughter and son-in-law loved the final painting of them on their wedding day together with their late parents.

All of that to say the artist was very accommodating and EXTREMELY patient with me and my requests for changes.

Thank you so much for helping me give them back their parents for their special day.

I haven't received the final product yet, but the proofs look really good. Great communication throughout and always changed what I asked for.

I was pleased beyond expectation with the quality of artwork. My complaint was due to the shipping address being wrong and the impression that I got was that it was my fault and they were not too willing to try and reroute my delivery address. In addition I was told I would have to pay an additional $30 fee.Fortunately I had to intercept the delivery via FedEx once it arrived in the USA. Consumers, please pay attention to your billing and shipping instructions when placing orders as the company will not necessarily accommodate any adjustments regarding this. This experience was the only thing that upset me. I basically had to solve my own problem regarding this as they seemed more concerned with blaming me for this error rather than actually executing a solution. Instead they argued that they sent it to the address I previously gave them. I spoke with more than one agent regarding my issue and reminded them I was in the process of moving from the beginning of my transaction.

I was a bit nervous using an online service to paint a portrait, but the dozens and dozens of sample work online looked wonderful so I took a chance. I had an oil painting done from a photo of my wife and I. I was hoping to have it arrive in time for my wife's birthday which was only one month away. Shortly after submitting my photo a customer service rep contacted me to explain the process. Per my request, the artist made several alterations to the photo such as removing the background, removing a watch, adjust the lighting, remoce glare from my wife's glasses, ect... After a few days, they sent me a photoshop proof of all the alterations I requested. Once I approved the proof the artist started painting the portrait. After a couple weeks the initial painting was completed, which was great, but there were a few things that didn't look quite right to me and so, I requested several revisions to the painting which the artiat was happy to do until I was pleased with the painting. With all of my revisions, I wasn't sure the painting would arrive in time for my wife's birthday, but they managed to get it framed and shipped out just in time! My wife loved the painting which turned out beautifully. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them!
