Wonderful first experience
I am currently an intern (Clinical Psychology) and have just started handling clients. My research led me to your site and it was a eureka moment for me! The resources i found here helped in my session with clients suffering from depression. "Replacing unhelpful thoughts with helpful alternatives" and "Optimistic thinking style" are the two that I have used to date and I would like to describe them in one word "Magic"! cos it was almost instant. I'm still studying the package of 17 and exploring ways I can adapt them to my unique clients and environments (I'm writing from the northern part of Nigeria). I look forward to benefiting more from my "partnership" with you as I develop my knowledge and gain more experience. I am really glad I stumbled upon PositivePsychology.com.

It's a really useful platform but poorly managed. We don't get response timely over email. Mostly agents are not helpful in chatbot and you get reply to only those things that matters to them.
A dedicated team to resolve queries and issues is damn required when you are selling high value products and services but it's completely missing

Another PP resource I love, Positive Psychology Coaching Manual.
