The packet of manuals was a good value
The ordering and delivery process was easy. I am in the process of starting a change in my work area. I am moving from being an employee who is provided with all the resources necessary for my work to an independent contractor or employee who needs to provide his own resources. The packet of manuals and workbooks will be very helpful in this move.

Cultivating Hope collection
This is an impressive collection of tools which practitioners can add to their toolset and use as needed. Some tools are a reworking of standard therapeutic approaches (empathy, staying with discomfort, challenging negative thinking) while others are creatively new ideas and techniques such as the Hope Resumé and the What Else Game . I was most impressed by the initial explanation of the rationale for hope and the benefits of opening to this idea in a therapeutic practice in the first place. For me, certain applications would not be practical in my setting such as Awe Walking or the Hope Circle, which is group work, but overall a very useful collection, which I am already putting to use
