Have had Post Office pet insurance for…
Have had Post Office pet insurance for my collie cross for 4 years, and was so pleased with their company, I insured a second edition ( a little terrier) with them. The annual fees are at reasonable. The claims form is very easy and straightforward to fill in, and the payments back to me are super fast. Perfect for my needs.

An absolutely disgusting company and I have cancelled my policy after the first month because of the terrible service I received.

Why does everyone want a review?!
I input my details. You took my money. I have luckily had no reason to contact you since.
I’ve been asked twice now for a review of me filling in simple forms with no input or actual help from you. 3 stars is no more and no less than I am willing to give you. You did your job you didn’t go above and beyond what is required.
You can ask me again if I ever have to use your services and actually speak to a person. That’s when an actual experience review would be valid on how well you dealt with my claim.

Settled within 5 days
I have a 7 year old Labrador who required a scan to determine the cause of her intermittent lameness. We our insured with Post Office Pet Insurance. The claim was settled within 5 days and our vet paid. I couldn't ask for a more prompt and efficient service. Thank you.

Arranged everything ,very easy to follow instructions all completed on-line. I already had my Cat Mittens with them then added my Dog Boo. I was given an extra discount off my policy cost because I had covered a second pet.

Fantastic service in every area
Fantastic service when I made a claim after my dog sustained injuries from a dog attack. Quick efficient service on line followed up by written confirmation. Claim was settled within 2 weeks. Couldn't recommend post office pet insurance highly enough.
