If i could give no stars i would. I spent 50 pound on 2 mystery boxes that were meant to have a value of £60 in each box. 25 pound each. I recieved 1 box with not even £20 worth of toys etc. i emailed in regards to this problem and have been completely ignored! Im a single mum trying to make christmas special for my children one who is disabled that i care for myself so things arent cheap or easy. Absolutely devasted that a company could take someones much needed money and take advantage. DO not order. Companys can make mistakes but to not even respond, refund or atleast apologise is disgusting

If I could give no stars I would! Dreadful service and no feedback. I ordered on 22/9 and the order was supposed to leave then and arrive 3-4 days afterwards. When no delivery arrived, I emailed them. I had no confirmation from them of my order or tracking details. They failed to reply. I emailed again afterwards and still they did not reply. I requested a refund and, yep you guessed it, no reply. I contacted Pay Pal and told them I wanted a refund. Funnily enough, the day afterwards, they decided to send out my order the day AFTER I requested my refund. I had to buy my goods elsewhere as I was waiting for it to complete a costume for a party. It took them 11 days to bother sending me an order I don’t want and asked for a refund. I would avoid this company like the plague. Luckily I didn’t spend a fortune.

How fun is a website that has everything you need? You can get cheap toys which are good quality you get all party supplies party bags everything in one place.

Poundfun is a authentic site.they delivered my daughter toys very fast.i love the quality of toy and they are quite reasonable and they offers good discount too.

Really love Poundfun and the variety of things on offer. From cheap and cheerful joys and crafty items to good quality toys and games of which there’s a large selection.

Bought the pawpatrol one at £35 it said 8+ items in received 5 in the box that no where near added upto £35 emailed them and they never got back to me

I ordered the mystery box and was excited for it to arrive. However it was very underwhelming with the contents being worth less than the advertised price and fewer items than advertised. I added up the items from the site in my basket and it would have been cheaper to buy them separately than through a box and I definitely wouldn’t have ordered some of the tat they included.
The mystery boxes are basically a gimmicky way of selling the items no one wants to buy.
I did email the customer services before posting a review but after a month of saying they’d look into it, I’ve not had a reply.

Mega Surprise box should be renamed the mega con box!

Paid £20 for a Christmas box hoping to share our in stockings and got a scratch are set and a colour in stocking! The biggest con Im so annoyed! Then trying to contact customer services is absolutely impossible get passed around from website to website!

I GOT PROMISED A REFUND BY TOM AND THEN I CONTACTED AGAIN AND LISA WAS NO HELP EXACTLY THE SAME AS POUNDTOY A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. CONTACTED BUT THEY IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE HOWVER HAVE THE CHEAKE TO ASK TO GIVE ME VOUCHER FOR GOOD REVIEW REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS. DO NOT TRUST, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Recently used this website to order a birthday gift for my nephew. He loves Play Doh so I bought him a multipack on this site that was less than other toy retailers! I also found some fantastic priced costumes on here so bought a few of them as well! Items arrived in time, well packaged and nothing was missing! What a great online store, I will definitely be coming back here again!

I love using pound fun! It has the best little items for the cheapest price, I always use this website for any occasions I have coming up for the children! Would honestly recommend!

I ordered a Gabby’s Dolls House Mega Box and on the website it is advertised as a minimum of 9 items. I received 7 and they didn’t even come to the monetary value I paid for the box. It came to £19 and I paid £25 for the box. I then emailed customer service to advise this and they said they had missed off 2 items and were going to send them out and we are a month on no sign of the items and they have discontinued using the customer service email and have had no response to my chaser emails. I will never order from here again I am very disappointed and disgusted by their level of customer service in this matter.

Items not as described and customer service is non-existent. The toys I received were very poor quality. Returns & refunds are only possible within 14 days and have to be arranged by emailing customer service. I have emailed five times over two weeks and after an initial reply to say they would get back to me, I have heard nothing since. My email chasers have been completely ignored. So I now have a box of tat and no way of arranging a return or refund.

Terrible experience, I have emailed them. No one is messaging me back I have phone them no one is picking up. They are terrible at customer service. It’s been two weeks I want someone contact me

Ordered from here before and it’s always good value and good products so ordered for my sons birthday , there was a problem with delivery and my parcel went missing not to any fault of poundfun , but they sorted out a new parcel and received it the next day , can not fault poundfun as they dealt with everything so fast and couldn’t apologise enough even though as stated it wasn’t there fault so thank you to the guys who I spoke to on the phone :) friendly and professional and as always had a very happy boy with his toys in the mystery box , will be ordering from them in future :)

Liars about my order being delivered yet won’t provide proof. Never received my order and it’s been an ongoing battle trying to get in contact with someone.
