Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, my parcel went missing for a week (stuck somewhere within the Royal Mail system) when I contacted customer service they sent me a duplicate order, free of charge.
Needless to say the original order then turned up too so I’ve returned that.
Good quality swimwear, I shall definitely order more from Pourmoi.

Visited the Chester store today
Visited the Chester store today. I have read reviews so drove over from Preston. I was not disappointed, Dawn helped me and her knowledge was invaluable. Previous bra fitting were awkward but not this one. I came out wearing one of my new bras it was so comfortable I couldn't tell I was wearing it. I will definitely shop here again, thank you for the great shopping experience.

Great service and products
This company sell beautifully made swimwear with exact bra size fittings. I’ve bought a few things from them now and have been really impressed. Plus they dealt with a small issue swiftly politely and effectively. Highly recommend.

Excellent products and customer care! …
I have ordered from Pourmoi numerous times and practically live in the underwired sports bras as they give much better hold and along with the thick straps sit alot more comfy on my shoulders.
I'm trying to get my daughter to move over so I decided to order one for her birthday, sadly when the bra turned up It was extremely damaged in transit, and with only a few days till her birthday I sent a panic Email over to customer service, All I can say this experience was just as fantastic as their products!!
Within a few hours of opening I received an Email offering the same item to be sent out next day delivery with no hassle of sending the damaged item back, Brilliant service Pourmoi!!!
I Will continue to highly recommend your items and now client care too! Many Thanks!

I've used this company for years and…
I've used this company for years and have generally loved their items. Only the odd one or two things haven't fit. After having a baby last year I asked to return a day or 2 late and they said that's fine. I did it again with this order (2 young kids it happens, unfortunately). I offered to pay the return as I just wanted a size smaller. They said no because I had returned late in the past. Most online retailers offer 60 days now and considering I've spent almost £700 I'm really shocked I wasn't allowed given I offered to pay the return. I work for a small business and we wouldn't even question it. It's a shame the customer service is going down hill and will definitely put me off ordering online again.

We always aim to be as accommodating as possible where we can. On a previous occasion, we made a one-off exception to our returns policy as a gesture of goodwill, and this was communicated at the time. Unfortunately, as your most recent return request was also outside of our 30-day returns window, we were unable to make a further exception.
We understand that life can be busy, especially with young children. However, to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our customers, our 30-day returns policy does need to be applied consistently.
We genuinely appreciate your loyalty over the years and are sorry to hear that this experience has left you feeling disappointed. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Poor quality fabrics at high prices.
As a busty lady I need supportive nightdresses. On a few occasions I have brought from pour moi as Debenhams no longer do them. These nightdresses are not cheap and sadly they do not use the quality of fabrics you’d expect for the price. I have on 2 occasions contacted them about faulty lace within weeks of buying from them and they have either refunded or replaced but buyers need to be aware that you are lucky if you get a year out of any of these nightdresses without them going big and baggy..Pour moi take note your fabrics are very poor and at your prices customer should expect more..

An excellent experience with pour moi I stupidly order my honeymoon bikini to the wrong address to my parents, and Hilary in the customer service team came back to me super quick and redirected it to my address. Baggy costume
Lovely costume however I only wore it approx 10 times and the fabric on the front of the costume went very baggy . I would say ok for beach but not very good for the water 😕

Do not subscribe to a newsletter, it's just a way to gather your data. You will not receive 10% discount as initial letter will never arrive. Tried with 3 different emails, same result. Although I used to love the brand, I'm appauled by unnecessary dirty marketing tricks so won't be shopping there again.

Placed my first order with Pourmoi last…
Placed my first order with Pourmoi last week and being my first order I was entitled to 10% discount. However when it came to the payment the full price was taken. I got in touch with Pourmoi and the discount was refunded straight away. No waiting like other companies and the staff really helpful. I must say the bras came the very next day and are so supportive and comfortable and pretty. In the past I have always used a well known brand. However I have never been fully satisfied with the fit and comfort.
I have since placed another order with Pourmoi for three more bras in various colours which are so feminine.
I don’t normally leave reviews however I can’t tell you how pleased I am to have tried Pourmoi.

Lovely Atelier bra
I bought an Atelier bra and it is lovely. The size is just right and it is very comfortable. It is particularly good as it fits so well under the front of the armpits. It’s pretty material and it is made beautifully. Well done, Pour Moi.

I ordered 2 bikinis - both lovely. Lovely colours and excellent quality.
The customer service was outstanding as I had a discount voucher which I forgot to apply when ordering, and Sam at Customer Service applied the discount retrospectively for me.
