Through no fault of Power Wizard, my utility company failed, and I was automatically transferred to the owner of the power lines. My bills began to rise rapidly, but now I'm with a new company, and the savings should continue.

Have by using power wizard for a little over 1 year. Everything has gone smoothly, no problems.

Good morning my experience with the power wizard when I called the company because the power company that I’m using gave me your email stating it was time for me to renew now I’ll call Power wizard and the person on the phone told me my policy was not ending until October so I disregarded the email know if my agent at Power wizard would have told me that the company that I’m using is over then I would’ve went ahead and renewed my contract or have Power Wizard To find me One instead I was Not aware due to the misunderstanding power wizard agent Explain to me.

Service is great and the person who answers the phone is quick to respond.

Ending one contract and beginning another was very efficient / seamless.

Great service. But need to be clearer as to what to do when current contract ends and the carrier is sending renewal requests. It’s confusing. I made a couple of calls to get answers. Should be in the explanation of services. Thanks for help clearing that up.
