First off I was a happy power wizard customer at one time. Now I’m not sense you’re company decided to move to Reliant energy , I received a email showing me my usage on a graph. And it is totally incorrect, it’s showing that I’ve been using power at 12 in the afternoon and I’m at work from 7am-4:30pm. I’m very adamant about turning off any lights that I might use before leaving. This is very unacceptable!

We have been incredibly happy with service Power Wizard has provided. Prior to Power Wizard, we sometimes had electric bills over $2000.00, during the summer. We have never exceeded $600 dollars in the time I've used PW to broker the best service for us.

Excellent service. Everything was handled online. Smooth transition from our energy supplier to our new supplier. Rates are very reasonable and we are happy with our monthly bill. If you want lower monthly bills I would recommend letting Power Wizard handle it for you.

Customer service is great with helping with all my questions. The only thing that worries me is that when I’m put with another electric company I’d don’t hear from them about my bill. I have to call Power Wizard to see what my bill is each month.

After dealing with multiple companies with poor customer service, ridiculous pricing and service fees power wizard help me to resolve theses issues with there services.

I enjoy not having worry about electricity bills.
