First class service from start to…
First class service from start to finish both brothers are really friendly and went through everything to explain everything we needed to know on handover of our new car. Very professional in all that they they did and it’s really nice to deal with a honest dealership, even down to a nice little gesture at the end left in the car to help in the journey home. The car was in prestige condition like in the photos from the initial advert. I simply can’t find a single fault throughout my experience in my first time buying from this dealership and was definitely worth the 150 mile round trip collecting the car massive thank you to Chris and Matt for a nice pleasant and smooth sale I would highly recommend and deal with them again in the future 100% professional service from you guys many thanks Dominic,Claire and Kelsea.

Trustworthy garage
Whenever I have bought a car from a garage when you pick it up there us never any fuel in it and you just get hanged the keys, this garge ensured there was enough fuel to at least get me home which was over an hour away and sat in the car with me to show me how everything works and connected my phone, making this a stressful and present experience as it should be buying a car. Top marks would highly recommend

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-3 from Precious Metal and had an excellent experience. From my initial phone call to the final handover, Mat and Chris were incredibly helpful and informative. Their professionalism and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival for collection, all necessary documents were meticulously prepared, ensuring a swift and efficient handover. While there have been a couple of minor issues with the car since purchase (unrelated to its performance), the team at Precious Metal has continued to be supportive and proactive in assisting me. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Precious Metal.

From the initial enquiry to the final delivery, Mat was an absolute gentleman. The communication was faultless… No pressured sales tactics and he encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted (and there were many!). I’d spoken to a couple of dealers prior to Precious Metal and the experience was completely different. As a single female it’s easy to feel a bit intimidated when purchasing a car, but I can’t recommend Mat and Precious Metal more highly for their professionalism, customer service and commitment to selling cars the ‘right way’. The car arrived in spotless condition with a fresh MOT, and I couldn’t be happier!

Jaguar E Pace
Great service from 1st call to receiving car. Chris and Mat made it a pleasure to get my daughters Jag sorted. We came down from Cumbria and it was well worth the 3 hr drive. I would highly recommend Precious Metal, and I wouldn't hesitate a future visit for my next car. Best cuppa tea service too Mat!
