Absolute scam of a company linked to “Easy Life”. Preying on vulnerable elderly customers who have their debit card details ILLEGALLY shared between sister companies.
If you have ever ordered items from an Easy Life catalogue, then I would urge you to regularly check your bank account, because you will have been signed up to subscriptions that you have no knowledge of.
If I could give zero stars I would.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Angry customer
If I could give give this company zero, I would. Totally agree with all negative reviews already recorded. They prey on the elderly and share information without permission. Make unauthorized withdrawals and charge you 10p a minute for ringing them to ask for a refund that you didn't authorise!! Avoid at all costs if you can! Disgusted by company practices.
Scam company
Scam company. Cold-called me and sent me a puzzle book. My bank stopped them taking £79.45 from my credit card. I never gave them my card details, but did use this card with Easylife in 2020. About time the police knocked on their door.
They set me up for £10 monthly …
They set me up for £10 monthly Payments. Don't know how they got card details. Have cancelled card and had to get new one !!!!!?????

They set up a subscription package that l didn't agree to and took £79-45 as a first payment
Don't know how they had my bank details never dealt with them before.
They've agreed a refund and now cancelled it but keep you hanging on the phone while charging you
Be wary of this company
Ignore at all costs
They call me frequently offering to send me things for free. Have asked them to stop but they continue to call!
This morning they tried to take £1.99 from my visa, thankfully Barclaycard contacted me and stopped it. Had to get a new card as a result.
Can’t believe they are still being allowed to operate, Barclaycard are clearly onto them.
My bank card details were shared amongst several sister companies - all linked to Easylife/premier offers
Don't ever agree to receiving junk mail again
one star is so i can write a statement. I have received two unsolicited phone calls and three letters, some junk mail, A cooking academy pamphlet, a 100s of members only offer leaflet and a tiny premier puzzle book. I have had to contact these companies to stop them debiting my card for subscription or memberships fees for things I did not want to join. I only agreed to them writing to me to get them off the phone. Hopefully I will receive a £10 refund and avoid loosing £76.99 and £24.99. I have done a report to Watch Dog - if you are looking at this please do so as well. People should not receive unsolicited phone calls and be tricked into paying subscription fees. Dont even know how they got my bank card details.
This is a scam
This is a scam. A fraud and a data protection breach. They were trying to use my card details given to a different company. Says you are being given a gift and you don't have to do anything. I am reporting to Fraudline and ICO
Their number is 0345 174 0615.
Con artists
Had two payments taken from my elderly sisters account, adding up to over £110. I contacted her bank immediately. They had taken the payment from my card, which is for her account, without my permission. The bank were great and immediately launched a fraud enquiry. I have to manage without a card for a few days, which is frustrating. Please be aware of these con artists. I always thought of myself as savvy, but somewhere I let my guard down.
BE WARNED!!
BE WARNED!!! This Company is a fraudulent scam operator...Attempted to take a payment of £79 from my partner's credit card account...Fortunately his bank contacted him immediately and the payment was stopped.
Same as many of the other reviews on…
Same as many of the other reviews on here. Tried to take money from my elderly parents account without their knowledge or permission. Fortunately the bank stepped in to prevent the fraud. It took me 1 hour to get through to their Customer Services Dept. An Asian woman answered eventually who said I had to phone another department in the same company on a different number. Lost the will at this point, as I suspect they hoped. Do not have any dealings with Premier Offers Direct. A truly dreadful company.
Thieving bampots
£77 taken from my bank account without my authority. Immedately reimbursed by bank fraud team before our telephone conversation had even ended. Meant I was without a debit card from a Friday for the following 8 days. Even worse than scammers - they are thieves.
Scam company
Scam company. Got hold of my elderly father's details and called him to try and sell abook or membership. Pushy on phone and eventually got rid of them. A few days later they try to take £1.99 from his debit card. Fortunately the bank declined the transaction. Not sure how they got his card number, could be linked to another scam with a supposed gardening club.
Don't know how they sleep at night scamming the elderly.
Unsolicited phone calls followed by unsolicited credit card payments
A Phone call initially offering free coupons as I was part of a historical 'book club'. Now charged £1.99, which was not agreed, on my credit card. As per others on this thread I am expecting a second charge, but will plan to cancel their payments through my credit card provider. Most probably I'll need a new card sending through, which is an inconvenience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
lesparsons
Received some unsolicited bumf through the post with raffle tickets purportedly from the RNIB - it states that they got my details from Premium Offers Direct. I don’t take kindly to my information being ‘bought and sold’ by companies like POD so I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on my bank account - even worse if they are using the RNIB as a front for their gains. Beware as I can only consider POD to be a dodgy organisation, so tread with extreme caution.
Phone call offering me free vouchers…
Phone call offering me free vouchers because I had made a purchase from another company in the past. Vouchers said to be coming in the post but never arrived. 16/10/2023 received a letter welcoming me to Premier Motor club with 28 day free trial. Elsewhere in the letter was an expiry date of the free trial as 17/10/2023, ie today.! Then discovered the annual fee of £65.69 had been taken from my credit card on 13/10/2023. Cancelled membership by e mail 16/20/2023. Rang 17/10/2023 and demanded return of money. Operative acknowledged e mail cancellation and promised refund in 5 working days. I will wait and see
Update. Money refunded
Total scam
Total scam. Bank picked up trial amount as a test for greater thefts in the future. Pushy and carried on despite refusal to get involved.
Fraudulent Co- Be Proactive & be on guard
Received 3 unsolicited calls end of Aug 23 from the Rewards Club. American accents based in Florida. I do not know where they got my details from. They signed me up for the Wellbeing Club; Body & Mind Rewards & Cashback rewards club for shopping online. I phoned up and cancelled the 3 x free trials that they signed me up to mid Sep 23.
My credit card company text me Fri 06 Oct informing me they declined £89.80 that PremierOffers were attempting to take out of my account. I suffered the inconvenience of my card being cancelled and only receiving the replacement credit card Thur 12 Oct 23.
