Excellent service friendly and efficient

We had an excellent experience today at pride hearing Cannock. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Lisa. Then taken into the room with Kerry, the appointment was quick and painless. Very professional team who did an amazing job, thanks again!

Since my initial review I cannot speak more highly of the service provided by Pride Hearing.
On my follow up appointment (2 weeks after my initial visit) I received the most excellent review and answers to my numerous question and issues I had been experiencing. All normal and expected it appears. The time, attention and commitment given to ensure that my hearing aids are fitting and working correctly was exemplary. I honestly can say I am pleased I chose Pride Hearing to look after my hearing.

I've been to see Becky earlier today . See was very understanding and talked very clear what she was going to do in both ears, she got the wax out in both ears within 5 minutes, no pain or discomfort, what so ever.

I managed to book an appointment on very short notice, whereas everywhere else had week-long waiting lists. The staff were very warm and friendly: the actual ear wax removal procedure was very quick and completely painless. I highly recommend Pride Hearing. Thank you for making me hear again :)

I saw Becky, during the procedure we switched from microsuction to irrigation to make it more comfortable for me. Within 10 minutes I was done.
