Super efficient process from booking in for my earwax removal to the actual appointment with the private parking and allowing me to see inside my ear (Who doesn't want to see inside their own ears!) Lexy was fantastic, very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I was able to get a quick appointment and was initially treated by Becky who was able to clear my one ear but advised I came back after using ear drops to soften the wax in my other ear. Susan treated me on my second visit and cleared my other ear. Both ears were painlessly cleared very efficiently by Becky and Susan. Thank you for your gentle and care and attention.

Couldn’t recommend this enough! Both the receptionist and specialist that saw me were very friendly and welcoming, Lexy was brilliant and talked me through what was happening and was very quick and efficient . All my wax is gone and I can hear !

Sara was brilliant.
She was really kind and explained lots to my grandma, making her feel really comfortable despite being initially nervous about the appointment.
She also gave really good advice about her hearing aids and explained this much better than has been done previously elsewhere which my grandma didn't really understand.

I was fed up of being charged silly prices and the cheaper ones where bulky and consistently falling out. I have had a great service from this company. All the aids are fitted and tuned to your particular hearing loss. I don't know im wearing them. Thank you Derek for your help.

Excellent service from hearing test to the fitting of hearing aids. There is plenty of after care from this company cannot fault them. Definitely recommend.

My partner had been suffering with his hearing so we booked an appointment with Lexy. First time wax removal for him. She was lovely, so so friendly and put him at ease. Even managed to get us in earlier than scheduled. Ears are now clear and great! Thankyou Lexy!

i arrived a little early for my appointment time, but no problem i was escorted straight through to the treatment room by Sara who went through all the required stuff. the wax removal was quick and Sara was very plesant if this is what you need i would recommend the service.

I had a consultation with Sara, it was absolutely brilliant. She walked me theough everything and was very welcoming and non-judgmental. Wouls highly recommend.

In and out within 30 mins, pleasant experience and well worth the money. Staff are lovely, very welcoming and explained everything to me.

We had a great experience with Lexi at Pride hearing. On Monday we went to our GP because my daughter had a blocked ear and we were told her ear was blocked with cotton wool and to go to ED. I did not want to wait in ED so tried to find a private place that saw under 18s. Not many places do locally and I was considering a two hour drive to a place when I saw an advert for pride. I got a next day appointment and there was good availability. Lexy the practitioner was so lovely. My daughter was nervous but she really put her at ease. There was no cotton wool in her ear, it turned out to be an ear infection and the white colour was debris from that. Lexy talked us through the procedure and gave us the option to go back to the GP if we didn’t want to go ahead due to the infection. We decided to go ahead. She used micro suction and irrigation to gently remove the blockage. Then she sent me an email with suggested diagnosis and an image of the ear canal. It really helped me to be able to get an appointment with the GP the next day and she’s now started on antibiotics. Lexy assured us that we can come back for a follow up if there are any more problems. I think the price, £40 for one ear is fair, so saw much higher price for under 18s at other clinics.

Great experience start to finish - receptionist was very friendly, had earwax removal from Becky who was great - made the whole experience a bit of a laugh! Cannot recommend enough
