From the easy booking process on line, to the welcome on arrival, the feeling was efficient, professional and friendly. On entering the consultation room to meet Kerry, it was a fully informative and considerate process with Kerry explaining things fully and in the way that was understandable for a patient like myself. We discussed previous history and current symptoms before going into the examination and explanations at every stage. Kerry was first class and it was a pleasure to meet her. I would recommend anyone to the practice and also to see Kerry.

I went to to have ear wax removal at pride hearing in derby . I had treatment done by a very professional woman named Kerry , she was very polite and did a great job of making my ears clearer . Will recommend family and friends for treatment . Great price and great service . Money well spent .

Excellent service provided by Becky! I took my 7 years old son to Pride Hearing after being told by the doctors the ENT wait for wax removal is 18 months. His ears were significantly blocked and he was terrified of the whole process. However, Becky worked with him with patience through out and managed to remove all the wax. My son can hear clearly now, what a relief and thank you to Becky once again.

I had ear wax removal from both ears today and one ear was completely blocked. Becky was absolutely brilliant, thorough and professional.
She was particularly brilliant following my funny turn which I get time to time (not a reflection of the treatment whatsoever).

Quick, efficient and friendly. All done in 15 ish mins, no need for a follow up but at the time of visiting they do free followups

There was no attempt to provide any kind of soundproofing for the test. It was done in my living room, with a loud clock ticking, workmen outside, a washing machine running and head phones that did nothing to keep out extraneous noise. I could hear the clicking of the laptop keys and the tester talking. The person conducting the test did not seem to have any idea that the only sound I should have heard was the sound coming into my ear from his laptop. The test was useless, and can only lead to people being advised to have hearing aids that they don’t need. A total waste of time.
