Excellent service, delivered on time

You promised it would be delivered by Friday because I needed it for a fundraising weekend event but it arrived the following Tuesday so I missed having the flags at the event. I have called four times and asked for a refund of at least the delivery charge and heard nothing back. We are a small charity and the investment in the flags was a considerable expense that we will have to endure for a year before we get the opportunity to get a return. I’m disappointed that not even the £10 delivery charge could not be refunded as a goodwill gesture.

I purchased four flags which were not cheap.
I’ve had very little usage from these products as the weather has not enabled me to display them.
One of the flags is completely broken and the stick broken, so I requested a refund, despite all three having very worn material.
When I reported it to the manager, so continually talked over me, exaggerating the time frame they had been up for, which was only parts of January, and February, with one breaking in March.
Whilst discussing this, the sales manager Lucy kept implying I had them for five months, when it was less than three.
Whilst having to argue my points, not only was she condescending, but I was then offered a discount to repurchase the item, not a refund, when in fact all four flags had withered away within weeks of having them.
Would NOT purchase from this company, and now I am having to go trough Citizens Advice, plus Trading Standards to obtain a refund, which I was assured I would not receive, ax this is a small business.
