Eco provided a quality flag very efficiently. One of the designers (Liam) contacted me to check the design and provided perfect proofs. My only minor gripe is that the template provided was .pdf format so not readily usable.

Service from Eco Print was good until delivery with DPD did not arrive as advised. Cost of additional delivery I had expected overnight. Status of delivery changed after date and time it was promised. Finally arrived with base missing, so had to resolve last minute with client in London. Delaying event and costing more in the end. I got refund on base but delivery charge was not refunded. Service from Eco Print was reasonable but I had to chase. I would use again as product is good, but would ensure I have at least 1 full week for delivery.

Response and delivery were prompt. However, letter print on the right side of the banner was cut out, an updated artwork was requested which was sent.

Great Service, quality goods.

We were very disappointed with the service received regarding our order of teardrop flags for a recent event in London. We were advised that the flags would be delivered on Friday, the day prior to our main event, which would have allowed sufficient time for setup for a smaller event that Friday evening followed by the main event on Saturday.

Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive until 11am on Saturday, one hour after our main event had already commenced.

Of the three flags ordered, only one was able to be displayed. Due to the late delivery and our staff already being fully engaged with running the event of 1400 guests, we were unable to set up the remaining two. This was later miscommunicated, as it was assumed that all flags had not been used, when in fact only one was displayed.

Initially, we were informed that a refund would be arranged. However, when raising the issue directly with the sales manager, Ms. Lucy Hall, our concerns were not handled professionally. Rather than listening to the full details of the complaint, she repeatedly interrupted and ultimately stated that, as a small family-owned business, the company would not be issuing any refund.

While we appreciate the challenges small businesses face, it is our view that accountability and customer service are essential, regardless of company size. Unfortunately, both the pre-event and post-event service fell considerably below expectations. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this company for event-related supplies.
