Absolutely appalling. Ignored emails about how poor the quality of the signs were they flew off the vehicle when contacted I was suggested to purchase again! They were not magnetic I raised another complaint & ignored. I have now had to raise a dispute through my bank to get the money back. I've had to calls in 2 months asking for feedback & told both times a complaint would be raised but hasn't been. Save your money & go elsewhere the company is awful to deal with.

Great customer support and excellent banners

Poor quality product and refusal to take responsibility.

I ordered a bespoke aluminium composite sign for my business and the quality was unacceptable. The panel had jagged, poorly cut edges along its full length, peeling laminate with visible air bubbles, a crushed corner, and the colour did not match the metallic gold specified.

These are clear manufacturing and quality defects, not minor imperfections.

I submitted a formal complaint within 24 hours of delivery and followed this up when I received no response. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund, relying on their terms and conditions for bespoke products.

It is extremely disappointing that a business would supply a product in this condition and then refuse to resolve the issue when it is raised promptly.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Awful service. Ordered an aluminium sign and it came with the corners bashed up, print peeling off and poorly printed. Customer service wouldn't take any responsibility, claimed I wasn't eligible for a return or refund.

It took less than 5 minutes to order banners for our concert, just a few clicks with the mouse! Excellent service

This was my second order from Bolton depot. And I am very happy with everything. Banners were as ordered and very well printed. I pick my orders up because it’s local and staff are very friendly. Would use again no problem.

I ordered 2 printed signs from this company. At first, everything seemed fine, price was okay and communication was very good.

However, when the package arrived, it was very poorly packed, like a child packed it, with not enough tape. I ordered two signs, but only one arrived. The other one likely fell out during delivery because of the bad packaging.

From that moment, they stopped responding completely. I sent messages, videos, and explained the issue. I asked for a replacement or a refund, but got no reply at all.

Very disappointing service. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Very happy with my Aprons that i had printed. I supplied the artwork and it was approved quickly. Order arrived on the stated day. All round good service.

I had foam board printed and delivered by them pretty last minute. Team was very responsive to my urgency and assisted with utmost professionalism even when there was some issues with fedex delivery. Quality is good and fairly priced. Would recommend them

I started getting pestering phone calls. Then i lost one of the plastic brackets and they wont help replace it after it's unstable and easy to lose.

I would strongly advise avoiding printedtoday.co.uk at all costs.

We spent around £100 on custom stickers that arrived completely unusable. They were not properly die cut, had visible grey printer guideline lines around the edges (which were NOT part of our design), and could not be removed from the backing without tearing both the sticker and the backing paper. The finish was rough, unprofessional, and entirely unsuitable for selling to customers — they went straight in the bin.

What made this experience significantly worse was the shockingly poor and defensive customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, we were repeatedly told:

The grey lines are “normal” (they absolutely are not acceptable on a finished product)

The stickers were somehow being used “incorrectly”

That their production process excuses visible flaws in the final product

We were also told we were not eligible for a refund due to a 24-hour return policy that was never clearly communicated — despite placing multiple orders across several days. This feels deliberately obstructive.

To make matters worse, we were:

Offered a partial refund and store credit (why would we ever order again after this?)

Then pressured with the threat that the offer would be withdrawn if we left a negative review or escalated the issue

That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

At no point was there genuine accountability or a willingness to properly resolve the issue. Just deflection, excuses, and attempts to minimise the problem.

This has been a frustrating, disappointing, and frankly insulting experience. We feel completely let down and would never trust this company again with our work.

Avoid.

I found the whole experience excellent. I started with an online chat where I explained what I required, and then uploaded my logos and images.

I was quickly sent a design via email, which I was able to amend and tweak until I was completely happy. Once approved, the banner arrived within a week.

Great service throughout – I will definitely use them again.

ordered a small one-time purchase. they will NOT STOP contacting me. not only emails but PHONE CALLS from several numbers. i have emailed asking them to stop, answered calls asking them to stop, blocked numbers and mails yet STILL RECEIVED. whatever you do, do not give these guys your contact details

I have ordered a few times from this company, they have been very helpful and i have no been disappointed with my sign boards.

Really helpful website, followed up with good artwork/design service. Swiftly prepared mock up via email and then delivered quickly despite us living in the Channel Islands. Heartily recommended.

It was such an easy process. The online chat was very helpful, and I am so happy with the result. My signs also arrived on time.

I WOULD GIVE PRINTED TODAY A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE.

First, the order was delivered a day later than promised. That's bad enough, but I had ordered 50 A4 posters and 350 A5 flyers.

There were mistakes on the flyer proof, so I corrected the proof. I numbered the images, sent a mock-up of the finished flyer to the Printed Today.

They delivered my posters, which were fine, but the flyers were A6, not A5, and they completely ignored the corrected proofs I had sent. 3 hours later, I ended up re-ordering the flyers on Vistaprint as Printed Today was still looking for a solution.

I will never, EVER order from Printed Today again.
