Absolutely unbelievable. I've been a designer for over 20 years, sending hi-res artwork to printers daily. Today this company claimed that my vector artwork was low-res which isn't even possible :)

Low-res signage received with a very bad cut, can only assume they're screen-grabbing artwork or something to produce prints of such low quality.

They refused to redo them.

Absolutely fantastic service. From the initial online enquiry via the web chat through to delivery. The customer service and support was outstanding. Reasonably priced, speedy and professional. I highly recommend Printed Today to any individual or businesses seeking a reliable supplier.

If I could rate this company lower than one star, I would. We ordered a Dibond panel and a sticker. The Dibond panel arrived with drill holes in the wrong places, a protective layer that ripped off the print, and illegible text. The sticker arrived damaged, full of bubbles, and packaged carelessly in a box.

I immediately called to complain and request a refund. I was asked to send photos, which I did—but received no response. After calling again and sending the images to another contact, I was still ignored. When I finally spoke to someone, I was accused of never sending the photos and told I couldn’t have a refund because I hadn’t returned the items within 24 hours—a requirement I was never informed of.

They offered a reprint, which arrived in much the same condition and did not include the sticker. I was then told the fault was in my print file. Print files do not cause sloppy drilling, ripped protective layers, or blurry printing. I even cut my finger on the shoddy work.

Henry in complaints was dismissive and repeatedly told me the cost to their business for reprinting, but never acknowledged the cost or inconvenience to me of receiving unusable products. I was told the photos weren’t sufficient proof, that the items could still be “installed” (they cannot), and that I would have to return them at my own cost before they would even consider a refund. It’s clear they are more interested in pushing bulk orders than fixing a single order they cannot get right.

I have been told no refund will be provided, so I have done what I feel is fit for the products and put them in the bin.

When I mentioned leaving a review, I was accused of being threatening. I wish I had read the reviews first—save yourself the hassle.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, they are a scam. Unprofessional, terrible printing, hemming was just cheap double sided tape that didn't stick. I told them I was ordering a flag, explained the requirements and they added the holes as if it was a banner (literally can't hang it). Colours were AWFUL - NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. Fabric was also bad quality. I believe blind people would have done a better job at cutting the fabric (edges were frayed and uneven). I asked for a refund, and they are refusing. Had to send the flag back within 24h (which is not even the law), had to pay for postage. £20 thrown in the bin, couldn't even use it for the event it was meant for. STAY AWAY. A waste of time.

lovely products. but are not worth the constant harassment afterwards! I bought some items from here previously (more than a year ago). Now I continually get assaulted by calls and emails wanted more business from me.

I have used Printed Today for all our village banners and they recently produced three more banners for me. The service was faultless. The banners arrived on time and the quality was excellent. Value for money yes .

This is a scam. DO NOT place any orders with them. We have received the wrong size hoodies. The rest never arrived. The primnout are 80 gsm. The aprons, after one wash, fell apart. And guess what? After sending pictures and videos, we were accused of lying. I repeat save yourselves DO NOT order from them

AVOID! Two years from the order they keep calling every month! Even if you ask them to take you off the call list they still do!

Ordered a Dibond sign for our community group after an initial issue due to damage during delivery it was resolved quickly

Shocking experience first sign they sent was damaged second sign come totally different colour grey writing instead of white. Customer service constantly was copy paste answears i have send all evidence they was just ignoring it
If you dont want waste your time do not use it

Very good communication - some may find the slightly forced speed of completing an order but for me it was what I needed to ensure I got the job sorted. The delivery arrived on the day PT said it would and overall the quality is very good bar a few scratches picked up in transit...but nothing that affects the final look.

Do not use this company. They may provide you with your printing needs but they will harrass you remorselessly with follow up phone calls asking for more business. I have asked multiple times across multiple phone calls for them to no longer call me yet they continue and have done, periodically, for two years now.

The order went well i was happy with the product and price but a year on I am hounded by phone calls and emails and despited repeated requests to stop they continue. I will never use this company again I’d rather pay more elsewhere.

i was skeptical as i placed my order due to the mixed reviews. My banner arrived yesterday and it's exactly how i expected it. Good timing on the delivery as well.

The overall product was great and I was happy with the banner created as a ONE off purchase for my boss 3 years ago!!

I have then been contacted constantly by phone and email by this company they are parasites so I would never use them again. Mike Wilson and Ben Richardson and MANY others should be ashamed. i asked them in writing to remove my details and they still contact me. AVOID AVOID AVOID - WORSE THAN YOUR EX BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just had to threaten to report these people to whoever controls data protection because they phone me every fortnight to try to sell me more printing that i do not require despite me asking them to remove my phone number from their records about 5 times

We ordered multiple aluminium boards and what arrived was genuinely shocking. They were all scratched, chipped, and finished so poorly it looks like they were cut with a blunt butter knife. Completely unusable for any professional setting.

We requested a refund and were immediately told it was the courier’s fault. It wasn’t. The packaging was intact (ironically the only thing they got right), which makes it obvious this is a manufacturing and quality control issue.

Their “customer service” is equally poor. They refuse to handle complaints over the phone, hide behind generic responses, and after forcing us to send photos and videos, concluded the damage is acceptable because it “can’t be seen from 2 metres away.” That tells you everything you need to know about their standards.

This is not a serious company. The product is substandard, and their refusal to take responsibility is worse.

We’ll be recovering the money through our bank.

The guys on the ordering chat are great. They're able to help with any queries, and the products are great, versatile and I use them again and again and again.
