Ik heb de postbus nog niet in gebruik, maar super geholpen bij de aanvraag. Had snel een postbus nodig ivm een KvK inschrijving en met één belletje was alles direct geregeld. Erg blij mee

Ik heb mijn Postbox in juli 2025 netjes…
Ik heb mijn Postbox in juli 2025 netjes opgezegd en daarvan ook een bevestiging ontvangen. Toch draaide PriPost mijn opzegging zonder toestemming terug en bleven er kosten komen. Klantenservice verschuilt zich achter hun voorwaarden in plaats van de opzegging te respecteren.
Mijn advies aan anderen: bewaar altijd schriftelijke bewijzen en als je in de problemen komt, schakel direct WebwinkelKeur voor bemiddeling in.

Zoals inmiddels al heel vaak aangegeven heb je de dienst niet zelf opgezegd.
Wij begrijpen niet zo goed wat je nu precies nog wilt bereiken met deze reviews aangezien we je al 2 weken lang aangeven dat wij je gewoon tegemoet willen komen uit coulance.
Het beste is om akkoord te geven op ons voorstel om de kosten aan je te vergoeden van de maand september zoals is voorgesteld in de talloze e-mails die wij aan je hebben gestuurd.
Nogmaals, het is voor ons momenteel echt niet duidelijk wat je nu precies nog van ons verwacht dus we zien graag je mail wederom tegemoet.

Kosten onduidelijk en lopen snel op
Postverwerking werkt maar kosten lopen snel flink op. Zelfs bij een 2e blad met enkel nog een naam en handtekening rekenen ze een extra 70 cent. Ik dacht per poststuk, het is per psgina! 70 cent voor 1 pagina is fors. Fscturering iis zeer onduidelijk, er wordt continu geld afgeschreven van mijn saldo en heb geen idee waarom, er is amper overzicht. Totaal niet bedrijfsvriendelijk voor een bedrijf en de bijkomende administratie. Ik heb sowieso een hekel aan dit soort vage prepaid constructies met vage kosten.
Het is prima voor kvk maar de postservice vind ik op deze manier niks.
De mensen achter deze organisatie zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar dit punt kan echt verbetering gebruiken.
