Didnt follow up warranty issue
Purchased Lezyne Macro Drive 1300XL/Strip Pro Light Set however rear light never worked. Tryed to contact them via warranty process however never got back to me.
....no nothing was ever resolved. I never had a reply back after sending video evidence of what was wrong..

Fantastic products and great prices. Delivery is usually very fast too. They get things packaged and on their way quick smart. They stand behind their products too. Iv had a couple of minor issues with products, and they have been fantastic. Responding immediately and getting a replacement product on its way ASAP, if needed.
Both me and my wife are big fans and ordering stuff all the time from PBK

Comparable to local pricing
The pricing is good, but even after such a large discount, when you add the $30 shipping you may as well buy local.
And 14-28 day delivery, wiggle turns it around for in stock items in less than a week to NZ.

Everything was good apart from the huge expense to ship it over here hopefully the freight charge doesn’t go up otherwise it wont be worth it , no fault of probike kit tho I guess 👍
