I ordered a jersey 22/11/2022 and now 3/12 the jersey order has been processed and still not sent when I check tracking. The money was debited from my account on 23/11/2022.

Extraordinarily difficult company to deal with
What an extraordinarily difficult company to deal with!
I ordered a disc brake wheelset, but received a rim brake set instead. I've spent the past few weeks going in circles - engaging with their website and social media - to arrange a return and refund. There appears to be a deliberate strategy of obfuscation, including at one point, replying in Spanish. I suspect the strategy is to wear me out to the point of giving up.
I've had to arrange a dispute via my bank for a refund instead.

Ordered during Black Friday, told after Black Friday not available.…
ETA: I have changed my star rating. The company was very good to deal with after this incident. These appear to have been popular glasses and are out of stock everywhere else we tried to get them (that would post to AUS).
I guess even robots/AI can’t keep up with stock levels during some periods.
I ordered an item during the Black Friday sale. I picked an item in stock, only to receive an email after the Black Friday sales where finished the product was no longer available.
This store was cheaper than others as it included free shipping, however had I of know the product wasn’t available I would have placed the order through another store.

Always low prices and fast shipping
I've used Pro Bike Kit a few times now. They always have low prices and fast shipping. I haven't had to make a return but had a query answered in good time considering the time difference with UK.
