Appliance was delivered as scheduled though there was a major storm - Harry - in process and it was carried up 1 storey to my home as requested. Excellent service provided.

Good hair trimmer , but once the attachments are attached unfortunetly the blades gets stuck and wont trim.

Not delivered nor refunded.
I bought a hausberg mop, paid 36+ euros to be delivered to Gozo and was never received, nor refunded.
I called many times and told yes yes ok tomorrow and being clowns in a circus!!!!
Not trusted at all, shame on you.

High quality of product, efficient and fast delivery service.

I bought a Hausberg air fryer from here in December 2024 and didn't use it for a week. By that time, its display was broken and sent for repair. So far, I have not received it. I have called many times and sent messages on WhatsApp. There is no reply. No response, no responsibility, no sincerity nothing. Customer service is a joke here

I’m unhappy with my order. The delivery took longer than expected, and even after following up, it still took a lot of time. I still have pending items, and I also requested a refund, but it’s still pending with no updates or news. Very disappointing experience. I will not order again from Prochimps.

We bought a cooker hob ... 1 hob does not work and another is very slow to heat. We call and nobody picks up, when they do they lie about their 1 technician calling back to set an appointment. Do not buy from them their products and their services are not reliable.

Ordered a 10 l geyser, didn't even tell me when they will be delivering, I had to call 3 times,once they left me on the phone,on hold without even telling me,I had to hang up andcall again,and they said that product wasn't available, then after I requested a refund they told me they will deliver that day.Disaster

I bought a house warming gift to one of my friend and he is in love with the product. Delivery was fast even on around new year item got delivered with no issue.

If only I can give 0 star I will. We ordered 3 pressure cookers different orders because they're for different people, but under one name and same delivery address and were all ordered on the same day. Two are Cash On Delivery, one is paid online. Their website says that items will be delivered within "2 to 3 days", but in reality it took us almost two weeks to have all the items.

They delivered one the day after ordering (cash on delivery), and another one 4 days after. You know what they said when the 2nd cash on delivery was delivered? That I only ordered two. Funny enough, the one that they didn't deliver was the PAID one. Had to call them multiple times. Uwejja.

NEVER AGAIN! BAD customer service, there was one named Mina another one saying he is "Mifsud", making the customer liars but in fact they are the ones telling lies.

I'm afraid I cannot give a high rating. I had ordered a TV some 2 weeks ago and arranged for a delivery and its setting up. When I phoned up to check on the situation today they told me that this TV was "sold out". Bad showing.

Well, excellent customer service.Delivery exceeded anything I have experienced as it was done in less than 24 hrs, and I irderi the inbuilt oven online on a Sunday, and by Monday early afternoon it was in my home with the delivery person calling to inform me that he will be delivering an hour before.Excelkent product and a wow experience, Prochimps live up to the Pro in their name. Keep up to the good standard.Thanks
