Appliance was delivered as scheduled though there was a major storm - Harry - in process and it was carried up 1 storey to my home as requested. Excellent service provided.

Not a happy experience
Not a happy experience. Bought a 50 inch KB elements TV and after a year the screen developed some air bubbles. After a fortnight the TV is still under repair. I really expected Prochimps to replace the TV as it is still under guarantee. Disappointed.

Good products and good service
Make an order, and it will arrive within a few days. The products are good, come at an excellent price, and arrive quickly.
An improvement could be to inform when the delivery will be instead of just turning up. I have always been here, but I may not have been.

Fairly satisfied overall, but service could have been better
Its a good product at a good price, so happy with the item
I feel service could have been a bit better.
I expected delivery within 24 hours, so when it did not arrive, i called the next day and was told deliveryman called but i didnt answer (this wasnt true)
Then was told it sill be delivered the next day, and it actually got delivery after 2 days.
In addition, delivery man only delivered to ground floor. I understand the delivery to ground floor policy, but item could have been at least put in a lift and taken out on our floor, instead my wife had to do it as i was not home, as item did not get delivered when expected and promised.
