Very expensive freight, otherwise no complaints

Quick reacting online shop. Only a few days after ordering, I had my "The Peanuts" special edition turntable at home.
Compared to my Transrotor Fat Bob S the Pro-Ject "The Peanuts" is a very grate record player for its price.

T2W: Turntable is fine, when it works sound quality is excellent. Software & app are horrendous! Change WiFi or move to different location, you now own a boat anchor.

This was my first time purchasing a turntable and I'm really happy with the product & the selection i made, the color was also a nice touch and setup was easy.

I own 2 Pro-ject turntables. One is about 20 years old and okay but the motor on my 2nd turntable went bad after only a few uses so I contacted support in which I received a message from a local service company (George Meyer). They know very little about Pro-ject turntables and said I needed a new motor. Been a month and the motor still hasn't arrived! Poor service!
**UPDATE - 7 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO RESPONSE!
**UPDATE - ANOTHER 7 DAYS LATER FINALLY A RESPONSE FROM GEORGE MEYER THE PARTS DISTRIBUTOR IN THE US. THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A DELIVERY DATE FOR MOTOR AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM PRO-JECT.
**INTERESTING - PRO-JECT RESPONDS TO OTHER REVIEWS ON TRUST PILOT BUT NOT MINE. INSTEAD THEY TRIED TO GET MY REVIEW REMOVED FOR "CONTAINING DEFAMATORY CONTENT" HOW ABOUT PUTTING THAT SAME EFFORT IN TO RESOLVING THE ISSUE INSTEAD OF HARASSING A LOYAL CUSTOMER?

To clarify the timeline: I initially contacted Pro-Ject directly for assistance. Rather than handling the issue internally, Pro-Ject explicitly directed me to George Meyer as THEIR authorized service provider. Now, I am being told that my issue lies solely with George Meyer, effectively absolving Pro-Ject of responsibility.

Not only am I unable to get a resolution from the third party THEY selected, but Pro-Ject is also refusing to oversee or support THEIR own recommendation. As the manufacturer, Pro-Ject ultimately owns the customer experience and the accountability for its designated service network.

I would expect Pro-Ject to step in and assist in resolving this matter, whether by intervening with George Meyer or handling my motor issue directly.
WOW no accountability!

Over 2 months later and I finally received an email from George Meyer that the motor has arrived. I called to confirm the part number and spoke to a very rude woman that constantly talked over me. Seems to me that Pro-ject needs to do a better job at screening their parts supplier and take accountability.
