Bezüglich des Versanddienstleisters bedauern wir natürlich, dass Ihre Erfahrung mit UPS nicht zufriedenstellend war. Upgrades and overall experience
I ordered some upgrades for my Debut Carbon Evo turntable and I'm very happy with the results. The materials used, along with the final quality of the products, make the investment worthwhile. I also ordered the sticky cleaning rubber and I highly recommend it. My only regret is not ordering two or three more, as they were very well discounted!
The focus is very much on the user experience, as I said, using quality materials. What I would have liked, and I think was important, is to have incorporated the height adjustment for the tonearm on the Debut Carbon Evo. I think that's the only point I would correct.

With the Debut Carbon EVO, we deliberately focused on achieving an optimal preset geometry to ensure excellent performance right out of the box, while keeping the design as simple and user-friendly as possible. That said, we truly appreciate this feedback, as it helps us to continuously evaluate and improve our products for different user needs.

Customer Support not existing
I have sent an e-mail to your customer support department since I am in need for a new drive belt for my Pro-ject turntable. This happened on February 28, 2026 - I received an automated response that my e-mail was received. However, no response. I followed up with another e-mail on March 7, 2026 - same thing. It is very sad that customers of such a high-quality and high-priced product are not treated better.
