Ordering online / paying is a relatively simple process.
The issue I have is when my calendars arrive, half or more are damaged. I contacted PCD and they re-shipped new calendars to replace the damaged ones. The problem is whoever is packing calendars in corrugated cartons, there is no packing material on the corners. The corners get creased during shipping. At that point the calendars are garbage. Last year I lost 100+ calendars because I didn't inspect the calendars in one of the boxes they came in. I caught it months later.
This is an easy fix if you secure the corners of the calendars in the cardboard boxes prior to shipping.
Like I said, my breakage was replaced, BUT, shipped the same manner. This is an easy fix. Please look into this.

I ordered calendars the end of November…
I ordered calendars the end of November they said that they shipped out on November 28 said that they delivered on December 3 I called December 5 and said that we did not receive the calendars. They said well they said that they were sent. I asked him to look into it never heard anything back called the next week. Still never heard anything back. Call the next week person hung up on me. I called Back told him we had an issue. finally talk to someone else they re-issued the order. Got an email on December 25 saying that it had been shipped checked on status on the 28th no updates called on the 29th. They said well just wait. It will be updated now on the 31st still no update still no communication back with them will be the last time I ever order anything from this company.
