I had an appointment today to go and pick up my dress, but I was treated like a nobody. I don’t know if is because of my skin color? We have used over 8000 Danish kroner for my dress, which is not small amount for us! When I got to their shop today, they told me that they don’t have time and asked me to come another day, but we had agreed that I should come today and try my dress, which they were fixing for me. I told them I can’t go and come back since I live far away from Malmø, then the guy told me, but we are busy now you can go and come back after 2 hours. I refused to go since I didn’t know anywhere to go in Malmø and we already had an appointment ! After like 5 minutes the guy came with my dress so that I could try but everything had to go very fast. The dress is not fixed well at the hips! One side is bigger than the other, it looks like trash. I have pictures wearing it and it doesn’t look good. This is supposed to be my day and you have already ruined it! We are now looking for another dress after using a lot of money to people who don’t value customers!

Disappointing experience! I found a wedding dress and was informed about alteration options. After identifying several issues, I was devastated when I picked up the dress. With little time left before my wedding, the dress was ruined. They had used inappropriate fabric to close the V-neck, which didn't match the lace. The asymmetrical sleeves were poorly done, and the fit was off. I pointed this out in the store, and after a half-hearted attempt, I decided to go to a tailor in Copenhagen. My tailor confirmed the poor craftsmanship and service. The dress was poorly machine-sewn, and the quality was shocking. I was lucky to get an appointment, but it was the worst experience.

Super friendly and also efficient place with so many different dresses. You don’t really need to go to any other store because they have such a wide selection. I was so happy to my after looking for a long time

Helt igennem fantastisk service! Havde booket vip rum og 1 times prøvning med eleonore. Fik prøvet en masse kjoler og hun vidste lige hvad der klædte mig og hvad jeg kunne lide! Gik over tiden men det var helt ok. Det var bare svært at vælge en kjole 😉 den aller bedste oplevelse og kunne gå glad derfra med en brudekjole! Kan kun anbefale alle at tage herover. De har SÅ mange kjoler så man finder helt sikkert den rigtige!

My online order was very delayed. Therefore I tried to cancel the order before it even had arrived to their stock but they sent it anyway. It then took two months to get my money back since they were very difficult to get a hold of. At least they finally apologised for the mistake and sent my money back.

Can only recommend Proms and Weddings! Had a great experience throughout the entire process leading up to my wedding -from the great help and advice in finding MY dress - to the alterations, which they did a great job on to the final touches which they did in an afternoon, so I bring my dress home to Copenhagen. Super nice staff and so so helpful! Also great that they have in-house tailoring as it was super helpful in making sure that I had all the info on what was possible and not possible in terms of alterations when trying to find find my dress. So much love for the store and its employees :)

Jeg har købt min brudekjole hos proms and weddings og jeg vil bare sige at servicen er i top! Bedste service jeg nogensinde har fået. De opfylder ens ønsker. Jeg bestilte min kjole og de var så gode til at tage mål og være ærlige omkring deres meninger hvilket man ikke altid kan få i detail branchen! Det bliver ikke den sidste gang jeg køber hos dem!

They took my money more than 3 weeks ago and never sent the order. Nobody answers the phone or the customer service on the website. After spending a lot of time to chase them, they finally answered on messenger without any apology or reason for the delay that the order will be sent "next week", not more precise than that. Very disappointing and unprofessional for a service dedicated for events, where timing is key.

Very nice and patient employees, you get all the help you need and more. It’s an experience to come shop for your dresses, and I came from Denmark. Customer service is 11/10, I will come back anytime for dress shopping. Best dress shop I ever been to👌🏾💯💯😍😍

The staff is very nice and patient, I tried a lot of different dresses and they were all very beautiful. I can only recommend to come and buy your next dress
