Once I started using DFT, I fell in love with the ease of use. I've been and still using white toner transfers. When I need more than I want to make myself, I order from you. The cost is close to what it cost me for white toner transfers. Turnover is quick.

did not have the the inventory to fill order after web site noted there were enough. and secondly i emailed immediately after my order to change the ship to address and cost associated with that, but did not hear anything back. therefor i paid a exorbitated amount of shipping cost for one cover

Do not use very rude and yelled at me did not type what they were meant to type.

Service has just gone down hill.
I was shipped the wrong item, an item was missing and frankly the packaging was an embarrassment to your company. It’s been a few days now since I contacted the company for replacement and correct items and still nothing. I spent way too much on this heat press and additional platens for it to have sub par service. I get that you don’t sell this very expensive machine anymore but that doesn’t make this ok.

However, Once the design is established and stored in my Orders I should be able to just re-order when needed and not have to pay for another $25 for Set-up again.

QUICK EASY SET UP AND GOOD ART FOLKS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Looks like Proworld is starting to have quality control problems just like its parent company. The transfers are still ok, but the last few orders, they can't get the transfers cut straight, and the ink has a strange, grid-like pattern, which makes pressing the shirt so much more time-consuming to get straight. Transfer Express (parent company) was unbeatable with customer service and quality in the distant past, and now they are near the bottom. I feel like Proworld is heading in that direction. I would say its the culture casusing these problems.

The transfers were delivered in a timely manner. The colors in the transfers were vibrant, and the school's technology department was very pleased with the outcome as it related to the conference theme.

Ordered a heat press from ProWorld with an extended warranty. Heat press goes down. “They don’t have a tech.” No estimate as to how long it will take to get service. They attempt to send me to the extended warranty provider but my extended warranty wasn’t in effect. After they admitted they were still responsible for the warranty, they still didn’t have an answer. After THREE WEEKS I finally just get a “partial credit” and put that towards a new one. The new one arrives and doesn’t function right out of the box. They send me to the manufacturer.

In this whole process they stopped answering my calls, earlier they never even once called me back when they said they would and delivered poor service. They had a “IT emergency” and I said “that’s frustrating, isn’t it? Imagine how frustrating it is they my business is slowed for 3 weeks waiting on you!” Save yourself the trouble and go directly to Stahl’s or anyone else. ProWorld service SUCKS!

Great fast service! I'm a repeat customer of Pro World because I'm always happy with the high print quality of the transfers we purchase from them. The colors are always vibrant when we press them on our company shirts and are very durable. The team at Pro World are quick to reply to any inquiries about our orders and are always very friendly and professional. I will definitely keep ordering from Pro World and recommend them to anyone needing heat transfer sheets.

Great product delivered quickly with no hassle

We ordered a new heat press and the first time we went to use it, it did not heat up to the desired temperature. We called the contact us phone # and emailed service several times to resolve this problem, however, we haven't heard back from anyone from Pro World. We have left messages with our phone number and email address but no one has called nor replied to our emails. I have never gone to social media to reach out or complain about a product or service but I did regarding the lack of response received from leaving emails and trying to call the contact phone number. I did receive an automated response on social media which lead me back to the contact number and service email.
